I had an unusual and minor problem with a Tower device and Customer Service were extremely helpful and very prompt. It's this kind of service that really adds value and I'm very impressed with Tower as a result!

I was unable to register my product online due to problems with the warranty website. I emailed Tower for help and Megan responded. Megan asked for details of the product and purchase and registered it for me. This was all pleasantly and swiftly done. Fabulous customer service.

Delivery was quick but the wrong colour items (kettle and toaster) were sent. However, she who must be obeyed said that they fit in fine with the new decor so we kept them. Tower offered to exchange quite quickly if required so that was good although returning stuff is always a faff. If it hadn't been for the error then I would have given 5 stars.

Unfortunately air fryer knob broken but I had lost receipt contacted tower and it was replaced now air fryer fixed and working great great customer service

Overall a very good service. The customer advisor I dealt with was very helpful. It wasn't that easy to get in touch as they only have a 2 hour phone contact number ( this was after no response from an email) The problem with my kettle is resolved and they are sending me a Replacement.
