I have been talking with Louise (customer service ) as I had problems with delivery and damage. Louise got this sorted and got a new one sent out in days. I could thank her enough for the quick service. Regards leonard Barber

Not great. I returned a faulty item 2 weeks ago and still waiting on my refund. I have had no email or update. Also the customer service phone line apparently is only open 10am-12pm, so you cannot speak to someone. I have emailed and chased re my refund and still waiting.

Hi Thanks for your valuable comments regarding the return of your microwave. Having had the opportunity to review your comments I can confirm your parcel was delivered to us on 3rd December. Excellent Customer Service, I had a problem with the timer knob on my air fryer, I was sent out a replacement but that didn’t last so I have a new air fryer on the way to me now.

Firstly, the website needs updating. Item is listed as £18.99 "with free delivery" but when you go to checkout it is plus £3.99 for standard delivery. Secondly, I paid extra for next day delivery. 12 days after ordering Hermes have still failed to deliver or return to Tower so I can be refunded. Joke of a Company and even bigger joke of a delivery service. I should have bought a cheaper one from Amazon instead.

I was sorry to learn of the delay in delivering your parcel and as a result, your wish to cancel your order for a refund of your purchase. Ordered housewarming presents for a family member with next day delivery 9 days ago. No updates from courier - just states ‘unable to deliver parcel.’ No response from Tower customer services email. Call centre only open 10-12. I work in a hospital so am unable to call at that time! £100 down the drain with no clue where my items are and if they will even be delivered!

I purchased the Tower kettle, toaster, breadbin, and microwave during the latter half of 2019, within 8 months the kettle stopped boiling now the microwave has stopped working it does not heat up. I downloaded the guarantees for these products but have somehow deleted them from my phone. I still have the purchase receipts but apparently they are not good enough. After speaking to a helpful customer service advisor i was informed that there was nothing they could do about the problem because i couldn't produce the proof of warranty download. I feel an injustice has been done and i therefore would definitely not recommend Tower products.

Hi Mrs Sheard, I was disappointed to read your review about the fault which has occurred with your microwave. All of our products are supported by a 2-year warranty with an option for the customer to extend the warranty by a further 1 year. When a customer contacts us to extend their warranty a confirmation email is sent to a nominated email address. From the 3 email addresses you provided to our Customer Services Teams we had no record of receiving your extended warranty request. Ordered replacement pan for air fryer paid next day delivery still waiting 3 days later. Only email received was from hermes stating they are waiting to recive parcel nothing since. Contacted Customers services only to receive automated reply and reference number. Nothing since. Not worth paying for next day delivery.

I had an issue with my recently purchased Tower Air fryer and have to say the customer service I received was first class, the issue was resolved with the minimal amount of fuss and a replacement dispatched immediately.

I love all the Tower products and we have a few such as toaster, kettle, canisters. I unfortunately had a problem with my kettle and Annie helped ensure the process was smooth to provide a new one under warranty. Brilliant customer service as well as Brilliant products. Thank you

I just received my 10 in 1 air fryer and tried to register using the registermywarrenty address but was taken to a white goods sales room with no registry and when I added the / as on the address it took me to a vpn place. I’m now worried when I plug this thing in if it will cook or wash clothes. :) Anyone else have problems registering?
