Josh was so helpful but sadly was unable to find a spare part for me. I must admit, I think the original was made from Dinosaur Bone. Thank you once more Josh, a credit to Tower. Now go and ask for a rise 😄

I have the full set of pans! The rose gold has changed colour , the knobs on the saucepan lids hold water when being washed then the rims of the lids look awful after they have been used in cooking ! May be one yr old ! Really disappointed !

Very pleased with Tower's customer service, because advisor Josh responded quickly and helpfully until I was able to make my final decision not to buy the Tower product I was considering. Researching to find a suitable mini oven with two hobs for an elderly disabled relative, I was confused by contradictary online reviews, so emailed to request a copy of the user manual. When I reported that the manual did not answer all my questions, Josh quickly sent me answers to my queries.

We purchased Tower Vortx 22L Manual Air Fryer Oven, T17058 after our main oven wouldn't get hot as a temporary 'fix'. We have been very pleased with it but after a while the was a stain that had run down the inside glass door so I contacted Tower by email for cleaning instructions. After some email exchanges with photos and question It was decided that the seal was faulty. As it was under warranty we sent copies of the receipt etc and the same day a replacement oven was ordered, and we were told it would be 3-5 working days. We received the replacement within the time and problem resolved. That's what we call an excellent customer service, from the representative who dealt with our problem and from Tower Many Thanks.

The customer service is not good I gave info thsy asked for but because I did not have proof of purchase as I was a gift and it was less than 12 months old they would not do anything sbout it I would not recommend tower

POOR POOR QUALITY... 3 TOASTERS ALL WITHIN 12 MONTHS. ONLY TOASTS ONE SIDE, THE NEXT ONE THE KNOB CAME OFF AND WORSE OF ALL THE 3RD REPLACEMENT DOES NOT LET YOU PUSH DOWN LEFT SIDE OF TOASTER UNLESS YOU PUSH DOWN THE RIGHT SIDE OF YOUR TOASTER... VERY POOR MICROWAVE WHICH DIDNT WORK FROM THE DAY I GOT IT SO AGAIN GOT IT EXCHANGED BUT THE REPLACEMENT IS VERY POOR AS THE MICROWAVE STOPS WITH STILL A MINUTE LEFT SO HAVE TO TIME THINGS ON MY PHONE, REALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE. THE WHITE COATING ON THE KETTLE BLISTERED AFTER 12 MONTHS USE AND COATING THEN PEELED OFF LEAVING A VERY UGLY SILVER PATCH. COFFEE SUGAR AND TEA CANNISTERS ARE ROSE GOLD LIDS OR SHOULD I SAY HAD ROSE GOLD LIDS BUT JUST WITH WIPING THEM OVER A COUPLE OF TIMES A WEEK AS YOU DO WITH KITCHEN ITEMS THEY HAVE GONE LIKE A BLACK/GREEN COLOUR SO EMBARRASSING AND ONLY FIT FOR THE BIN AND AT £30 NOT CHEAP.. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER BUYING THE KNIFE SET AS THE ROSE GOLD HAS FADED WITH JUST WASHING THE KNIVES AND THE AUTOMATIC BIN WENT BACK TO SHOP AFTER ONLY 3 WEEKS USE. TOWER YOUR ITEMS ARE SO POOR AND I AM A LOT OF MONEY OUT OF POCKET AND LEFT WITHOUT SOME KITCHEN ITEMS..... SHOCKING

I have been emailing for over a week now and still had no reply I bought the combination bins 2 x 25lts (goes on top) and 1 50 lts I also bought the bin liners that was said to fit the 50 Lts rectangular bin but unfortunately do not fit all I want is an answer to tell me what bin liners I need !!!!!

the tower 2.2L frier is a great item and so clean to use compared to old day chip friers. price is good and comes with 3 year warranty. we had issues with ours and getting replacemnt sent and all sorted quickly and efficently. well done to Tower

Beware - I ordered two items on the 9th Nov 2021 on a next day delivery only one item arrived 48 hours later. Nobody answers the phones, raised two online tickets raising the shortage, now the 15th November 2021 on response to date! Not great customer service and I am currently £70 out of pocket. You have been warned.

Order placed 29th October for next day delivery. Order not received 15th November. Telephone support goes onto a loop and three emails unanswered. Had to cancel order .

This time last week our Airfryer dial had split and so it was out of use. Contacted the service dept online and Annie responded. She immediately ordered a new dial and I received it by Wednesday, unfortunately I couldn't make it fit so Annie sent me a video of how to fit it. In no time at all I had it fixed. Thanks to Annie and her patience. Thank you so much

I had purchased the Tower Air Fryer T17005 and had watched videos on You Tube and downloaded the instruction manual on the Amazon website which both said the drawer and basket were dishwasher safe. My purchase arrived with a smaller instruction manual which informed me that the drawer and basket were NOT dishwasher safe and should NEVER be placed in a dishwasher. I felt rather confused and declined to phone Tower and was informed straight away that the items should not be placed in a dishwasher. I cannot understand why people should give the wrong information about a product which is very misleading and untrue.
