I was requested to return my pressure cooker even though I had no problem with it. It was decided that it was dangerous to continue to use it. I was issued with a postal label so there was no cost to myself. Having done this I had not heard from Tower. I checked with track and trace and the parcel had been delivered. Upon contacting Tower, Chloe asked for a copy of the certificate of posting. As soon as I emailed this I have been informed that a replacement pressure cooker is being prepared to be sent to me. Very quick service.

The tower came with no working light, but the customer services have arranged for a new one to be sent out. It is a brilliant size, the different trays are fantastic, and the display is clear to follow. Would recommend.

I cant rate them yet as I have not received them purchase them on the 10th for next day delivery it is now 15th still not received

The best thing I have bought no need to heat up your oven for a few chips and a piece of fish and peas put it all in the air fryer and it’s ready and piping hot in less than 20 mins

Having Laura J (Tower Customer Services) deal with my query made all my concerns go away. The responsiveness and the care given to my parts request was exceptional, taking away all the pressure and worry of the prospect of writing off a brand new (and expensive) BBQ. Thank you ever so much Laura.

After a problem with a toaster, customer service, in particular Laura J, did everything possible to put things right and are replacing the toaster. It was all done with speed and friendly communication and I will certainly buy Tower products in the future. Thanks to all involved.

I had a problem with my air fryer and phoned customer service. I got through straight away and I spoke to Laura who was extremely friendly, polite and helpful from the outset. She took a few details from me and then sent me a link via email so that I could provide more details of my issue. The air fryer was not working correctly. Within couple of hours of making the initial phone call and filling in the replacement form on line Laura emailed me to say that a new replacement was on its way and I would get it within five days. Unbelievable service 👏. Absolutely fantastic Excellent communication and customer service. Laura was brilliant and made the experience completely stress free. Would definitely recommend Tower.
