Received my order with a item missing, emailed Tower and had a quick response from Annie, very apologetic, and she look into my order and the following day Annie reassured me that my missing item will be delivered within 3-5 days.

Returned faulty item and you have received it back over a week ago and I’m still waiting for a refund. I have contacted you a few times now and your customer service is extremely unhelpful. I returned two item which you received back at the same time but only one has been refunded.

Hi Wendy, Thanks for your valuable comments about the return of your Air fryers. I was disappointed to read your comments. Having had the opportunity to investigate your enquiry I can see when we arranged your returns we did confirm to allow 10 days from Tower receiving your parcel back for the refund to be fully received. Both of your refunds have been processed well within these 10 days and should be received soon. It only leaves me to apologise for any perception of poor service you have received. I had an issue with a lost instruction manual. I contacted Tower and received a very helpful response within A couple of working days. Hannah at Customer service was very helpful, polite and friendly. One happy customer 😃

I accidentally threw out bin liner retainer, contacted Tower direct so they could advise correct part I needed to order. Louise resolved problem within about 20 mins with a free replacement, excellent, friendly and efficient service. Thank you Louise 😁.

Tower has made me very happy as they swiftly solved my problem. My tower sensor bin lid broke and as it was under warranty I phoned tower for some help. I was put in touch with Laura J. And she was brilliant. Nothing too much trouble and a new bin arranged to be sent out to me ASAP. Laura J is worth her weight in gold to Tower. Three hearty vherrs to you all.

We purchased a set of pans in December 2021 and we had a couple with loose handles and a couple of faulty lids, Tower replaced the whole set with no quibble.

I bought a small 14cm cerastone saucepan through Amazon - it was perfect for me to cook for one person. I was so delighted with it that I bought the mini 14cm frying pan to fry eggs, small sausages and mushrooms (not at the same time!); happily, the lid for the saucepan neatly fitted the frying pan. I fell in love with the ease of cooking and the simplicity of cleaning afterwards. I have now extended my range with the 20cm, 24cm and 28cm frying pans and a small wok. I thoroughly recommend this range.

Like how it cooks but within about 2 weeks of using it the black non stick coating on the grill pan began peeling off. Cannot find my receipt from Asda so they’re not interested. Rang Tower customer services to complain and advised operator that we’ve followed instructions on how to clean. Not really interested as have no receipt. Told the woman we leave grill plate in warm soapy water to soak for a bit before washing as is difficult to remove some of the bits left on it after cooking. She said ‘Well we don’t advise putting it in soak’ Doesn’t say that in manual. Then said that I could order a new grill plate but they haven’t got any in!! Safe to say she is one of the most unhelpful customer service person I’ve ever spoken to 😡I know I’m at fault for losing receipt but zero help means zero recommendations for Tower products

Hi Thanks for taking the time to leave your comments about your recent contact with Tower Customer Services. I was sorry that on this occasion our team were unable to fully resolve your enquiry. All of our calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes - having observed your call to us I can see several options were discussed with you. These were hindered as a result of you being unable to provide a receipt for your purchase as well as the part required being out of stock. All of our products are supported by a fixed warranty period - the first 12 months of this warranty is with the retailer and it was recommended that you refer to the retailer for a resolution. Hi Peter, I was disappointed to read your review about not receiving your item. Your item was placed under standard delivery timescales which can take up to 5 working days - having checked your parcels tracking it shows your parcel is expected to be delivered today - which will be 1 day earlier than the 5-day delivery timescale.
