“Tower do care about their customers, and that has been proven to me. I had an issue with my Tower Microwave which I reported My issue was taken very seriously and it was handed over to a very professional advisor name Sam. Her knowledge about the product, email correspondence, and willing to help was something I would really appreciate. My matter was resolved, the whole process was smooth the delivery was quick. I would definitely recommend Tower products.”

“What superb customer service, I emailed Tower looking for an instruction manual for an air fryer, I did this one evening at around 10.00pm expecting a reply sometime during the next few days, I was pleasantly surprised when around 5 minutes later I received a reply with a couple of PDF documents for instructions and recipe book. *Brilliant* *Brilliant* *Brilliant*”

“I contacted tower on the 11th April to ask if I could get a replacement timer knob for our air fryer We were contacted by Chloe from customer service and asked for our address and today the 15th we received a new timer knob you could not ask for better service from Tower and especially Chloe she deserves a lot of credit and praise for her excellent service in resolving our problem Many thanks to Chloe and tower”

“Good practical design. Useful trays/shelves, reasonably easy to clean and handle. Could benefit from having a slightly longer power cable to help with the ventilation whilst operating. Very helpful user manual”
