I bought a Warmlite electric stove heater new (bought originally through e-bay) in a charity shop and discovered that the feet were missing. Not located in the shop so I contacted Tower to see if they could supply the missing feet. After only 24 hours they replied that they could supply those and have sent them on to me. Great thoughtful and rapid service on items not bought directly from them. Well done Tower

Ive got a tower airfyer and the timer knob broke off I got in touch with tower about a replacement and within 2 days they got back intouch ,and now a replacement knob is on its way really happy about the level of customer service would defo buy from tower again

Wow a fantastic company. Contacted them at 10am this morning about breaking our tower coffee pot to the new expresso we brought last month. By lunchtime a new one has been dispatched no questions no quibbles just really good service . Chloe was amazing from customer services. We will always look to buy tower products from now on . So pleased with the coffee maker Thank you

Avoid like the plague, tried to make a warranty claimfor a sensor bin lid that won't open they want me to send a video of the bin not opening and despite sending warranty and proof of purchase they want me to send it again separately, they seem to make it as hard as possible to claim warranty,I'll never buy from tower again

Customer services was very quick to respond to my questions and they resolved the matter the same day. A replacement is being issued under their guarantee. Very happy with the service.

I bought an air fryer from Tower. When I received the product, I realized it was too small. So I return it but after I sent it back two weeks, I still not got my refund back. Each time when I email them, they always saying they’re investigating it. They are investigating this with no results coming forward. Customer service is terrible. Each day they come up with the same excuse . Refund is very hard for them, and very hassle. Doesn’t matter if you phone them, or email them every day. They always investigate . I don’t know I can get money back or not. This became very headache.

Our kettle developed a fault with the thermostat about a year in. The response time from Tower (thank you Liberty!) was first class and everything was sorted out to our satisfaction very quickly.

Having registered my Square Sensor Bin under the company's 5 year warranty scheme I had to make contact with them 2 1/2 years after registration as the cog part of the lid had disintegrated rendering the lid unusable which was obviously a crucial part of the sensor mechanism. I received a quick response and once I supplied them with photos and a video of the problem the company are now sending me a new bin as a replacement. Excellent communication and customer service delivered by Annie.

I had bought two tower smokeless grills and one had a temperature probe missing so I contacted tower to see if I could buy one. Towers customer service was excellent and sent me one free of charge the next day. I couldn’t ask for a better service.
