I have had an air fryer before and it made excellent home made chips just bought this one and the chips are dry burnt and generally disgusting I am so disappointed have tried lowering the temperature shaking every few minutes still the same result don’t buy!! No instruction manual so don’t know what it can do just temps and times on the top of the machine which if the chips are anything to go by are rubbish

I purchased a salad spinner in April but unfortunately when using it for the first time the little pin which holds the mechanism in place to enable spinning came out when I tried to use it. I did email Tower on two occasions but have not had a reply.

Received as a present a new black toaster an kettle for our new kitchen an within a month toaster was broke in one side an kettle started to leak after two months an both very an tower pass the blame never buying again from Either

Unfortunately my pressure cooker after a year of use already developed a crack! I got in touch with Tower via email and they refused to help despite the promised 10 year guarantee. I bought a pressure cooker from Tower as they are a reputable company with guarantee. A bit disappointed, I just wanted the crack to be repaired as the pressure cooker did it’s job quite well before it developed a crack where the steam leaves. As a gesture of goodwill they said throw it away and well give you 20% off (full price over 20£ items excluding spare parts). Goodwill would’ve been to just repair the crack.. What use is the 20%? Wouldn’t buy from here after that experience :( awful, incompetent staff who get the details wrong. Took ages to get back to me as well, probably to make sure I’m massively out the standard 1 year window of guarantee.

purchased a 6 Ltr S/S Pressure Cooker in Feb 2019, registered it & qualified for free extended warranty. In April this year it was dropped accidentally and the body handle completely shattered, rendering it useless even though the pot is completely unscathed. I was told that accidental damage is not covered under the warranty and was offered a discount on any range of Tower purchased through them. I requested a replacement handle but was told to check on Amazon or Ebay, not sure why as Tower apparantly don't supply any spares of this kind. I have searched the internet but there's nothing. What a complete waste of my time, I have an intact, pressure pot without what could have been a simple replacement, in this present time when we are encouraged to recycle and are steering away from a 'throw away society'. It's not acceptable for the health of the planet to discard a pressure cooker because a spare handle is not available, an important issue that should be addressed. My request for their policy on 'EU right to repair' as we should have access to all spare parts, have been ignored which is completely unprofessional. My experience is not a good one and after 20 years plus of being a customer with Tower, I will now be going elsewhere, to their competitors for future purchases.

Worst web site ever trying for a week to up date my guarantee gave up no more tower products for me I'll stick with my one year guarantee please don't respond to this notice I just gave up regards

still waiting for over 4 months for a replacement pressure cooker (for recalled model) & now I have ordered a coffee maker which is supposedly in stock & usually dispatched within 24 hours, but I cant find out a what is happening no one can tell me about despatch etc, should have know better than to order again from Tower.

Extremely poor quality. Since we bought it it was very nice for a few weeks and then it’s like some sort of surface has rinsed off. This is the result I get using after 6 weeks usage. Terrible...

Bought cerastone 2ocm frying pan absolutely awful everything sticks to it, should have just bought a cheap one probably work better, money wasted

Bought Cerastone 20cm Frying pan and the same is faulty . My induction hob is not detecting it. All other 15 pots and pans in my household are easily detected as soon i place it. Rude customer care representative not willing to understand it could be manufacturing fault. Its a sham company and selling bogus products and warranty.

Bought tower T11002 bread maker, registered item for warranty, 16 months later it became faulty ( one of the fermenting processes stopped working ), contacted Tower and they claim they have no record of my registration!!! And are not prepared to do anything about it!! Bread maker now ready for tip and I will never buy from Tower again, not recommend Tower products......no after sales care.

I had a complain about my sauce pan. Customer Service doesn't help me. The tops are completely worn. They just say it’s my fault, even though I’ve always followed the instructions. All sauce pan are leaking aswell. I will never buy this products again. Cheap quality and poor products.

Possibly the WORST customer service ever. My pressure cooker stopped working after using it maybe half a dozen times. 2 months later and I am still in dispute with them. Horrendous service. Cheap shoddy goods. Pay a little more and choose a better brand. Actual time line of events... Ordered November. Broke February. 1st email to tower 6 Feb 2020 Response from tower 12 Feb - email from Tower requesting photos. Photos emailed to tower 12 Feb Chaser sent to tower 14 Feb 2nd chaser to tower 17 Feb 18 Feb i received a generic “we’re looking into” email. I requested this was escalated as an official customer complaint. Chaser sent 20 Feb. 21 Feb offered chargeable spare part for no cost (why would I pay??) 21 Feb I provided my address. 26 Feb – no spare part – requested a full refund. 27 Feb – chaser sent. 29 Feb - second chaser sent. 2 Mar – label provided to return. Posted 14 Mar – received by tower 18 March 9am. 26 Mar – NO REFUND chased 31 Mar – still no refund - I called customer service and was promised a call back by a supervisor. Guess what... No call. It has taken me longer to get a refund than it would to slow cook a buffalo. I now own a slightly more expensive product. Do the same. Please do not send me a 35% off voucher. I'll give you 3 guesses what I would do with it 🚽

Completely useless after service , Bread Maker was supplied without essential parts (paddle and measuring items) . Customer (UN) Service claim they cannot get the parts . Since when does a manufacturer not have late for it's own product ?

I had enough of been ignored by your customer service. I purchased your product . I pay for it and now you telling me is faulty but no one wants to deal with it. Been chasing this problem for two months but no one wants to help. Why dont you check your products before you start selling them!!!

Bought a chip fryer on black Friday ,registered on line and after using 3 times it went wrong and would not work, took it back to the shop but not having receipt they would not change it which I understood but seeing I had registered it I contacted Tower, their customer services were no help telling me to return it to the shop which I already told them I had, then they told me I had not registered it which I had, so was told "they would do nothing" Don't buy a Tower item because if you need help from customer services you wont get it.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY, WAIT 5 MONTHS. I ordered 5 saucepans from tower and paid next day delivery, a few days later they still hadn't arrived. I called tower and was told it was because one of the items was out of stock...yet I could still add it to my basket and pay next day delivery without being told this?? A week later a delivery came, I was sent a salt and pepper pot. I called again and was told my order number had been mixed up electronically with someone elses and I would get a refund. When the refund came through, I ordered the saucepans again. Waited a couple of weeks, checked the online tracker and saw they had been 'delivered' the week before. They had not. It has taken months of back and forth emails/phonecalls to Tower and Hermes where I have been called a liar, my signature forged and ignored, to finally get it sorted. This was only resolved because I have CCTV evidence. Tower appologised and asked if I would likw my items re-sent wjich I said yes to. I have today been informed due to stock I won't recieve them until the end of feb/march. This would take it to 5months since ordering to receive them. I have spent countless hours on the phone, writting emails and watching CCTV. It has been nothing but a stressfull and time consuming experience and money wasted. Don't bother ordering from Tower, go elsewhere. Saucepans shouldn't be so stressful!
