“I was impressed with your customer services, I couldn't register my carpet cleaner on line as there was an error code 500 preventing me from doing this, so I contacted your Cs and Megan replied within minutes, and sorted out my extended warranty for me.. Well done !”

“Louise helped to resolve my warranty claim within two days. Understandably you have to provide details of original purchase and online photos of damage and model numbers. However the email replies were very quick and Louise was very helpful and positive about my claim.”

“Customer service was so helpful and very prompt at replying to my email. I had a slight problem with the colour peeling of the handle on my Airfryer. Because it was cosmetic and not electrical fault it didn’t come under the guarantee. But customer service was so understanding and gave me a free accessory kit which is brilliant. Can’t thank tower enough for this. Mrs jones”
