“Louise helped to resolve my warranty claim within two days. Understandably you have to provide details of original purchase and online photos of damage and model numbers. However the email replies were very quick and Louise was very helpful and positive about my claim.”

“Customer service was so helpful and very prompt at replying to my email. I had a slight problem with the colour peeling of the handle on my Airfryer. Because it was cosmetic and not electrical fault it didn’t come under the guarantee. But customer service was so understanding and gave me a free accessory kit which is brilliant. Can’t thank tower enough for this. Mrs jones”

“Hello, I bought a Tower Vortex Air Fryer around 14 months ago and it has been brilliant in the time it takes to cook and the way it cooks. The timer knob cracked and would not set the time so I emailed customer services and was answered by Louise who took me through the details and photos need. I was surprised that the whole unit would be replaced and not just the knob. After sending all the information Louise agreed to send a new Fryer leaving me a very happy customer. I can not praise Louise enough and in I ever need customer services again I will ask for her. Tom Gallagher”

“The first meal was a success, the grill gpt a bit sticky from the food and part of it was attached to them after 20 minutes at 190°, but nothing that a good clean was not able to solve.”
