“I bought a Tower non-stick sauté pan, which is meant to be oven safe up to 260c less than 4 months ago but the pan. However food started to stick to the pan, which then caused scratches. Initially I was a bit dubious in what my chances were of getting a refund or a replacement, but after an enquiry email to Tower customer services I got a prompt reply by Liberty who wanted to help me out. With a few back and forth emails, to give her the details needed she has told me that a replacement pan is already being prepared for dispatch.”
