“Bought a great Air Fryer but unfortunately after a year it stopped working. It had a 3 year warranty and Arjan at Tower offered us an immediate replacement with a slightly bigger model! This was great customer service!”

“Customer service was excellent which is so unusual in today's world. My tower Air fryer had an issue couldn't supply it to repair so is sending me a new model I had warranty which obviously helped.”

“Looked at other airfry and the tower one had great reviews so decided on the T17088 to be the best overall for the money .Easy to use and clean. Quick and efficient and had plenty presets and look very smart in my kitchen. Would recommend to friends and family”

“hello I lost a small guard/protector off my Tower Air Fryer T17021. I got in touch with the support team and explained what had happened. Harpreet responded very quickly and sorted my problem out. The part arrived very quickly and now sits in its position on the basket handle and makes things safe.
