“I contacted Tower (with very little hope) regarding a spare part for a kitchen appliance made by a company they'd taken over several years ago. Not only did I get a prompt and courteous reply, but Arjan arranged for the part to be posted to me free of charge. I haven't encountered service like that for a very long time!”

“Very good well made nice tower product dose what it should do the only thing I would say the display should be brighter or have a way of turning it up or down but doesn’t detract from the quality of the product”

“Brilliant customer service by Arjan. We had a part missing with our Tower Airfryer( which is great). Contacted customer services who respindedxwithin 24 hours. Check stock availabilty, item wss despatched. Wss advised it would take 7 to 10 days, but turned up the next day. Very effiicient friendly Customer Advisor.👏👏👏”

“I contacted Tower directly as I had accidently broken 3 Jars on a rotating spice rack . I received an immediate response from Fayyaz who checked and confirmed they had spare jars and would send them out to me asap. I am just awaiting delivery but the customer service response and action was first class. thank you”
