“BE careful purchasing products from this company. I purchased an Air Fryer which only lasted 6 months and used only a handful of times but the main problem came when I tried to arrange for it to be returned or refunded. I kept getting email after email saying the exact same thing and never answering my questions, 2 weeks later the same emails were still going back and forth so I gave up and have demanded a refund so I can purchase an Air Fryer from s company with good customer service and one that is willing to help when issues arise - unlike Tower! Extremely disappointed.”

“Just bought a carpet washer Great It would be even better if I could register it but the problem is it does not recognise it after I put in all the information Hope the carpet washer works better than your warranty web site or this is going back to the shop”

“the phenolic handles are not suitable for purpose, they break very easily if dropped by accident or knocked they more or less shatter, because it is so delicate. need stronger and sturdier materials.”

“Very disappointed by electric knife and Tower customer service. Knife Supplied with cable 0.8m long which limits use and not 1.2m as specified. Customer Services say spec. is wrongly advertised - Appalling”

“Cheap build quality. Cavaleta coffee machine simply does not work. If you want to spend hours fiddling about emptying the vessel refilling trying again etc. then buy a Tower. If you want a coffee buy a different brand. Also, how can the call centre STILL be closed due to covid. It's over a year. Your inability to take a call matches your inability to produce a decent quality product.”

“Really disappointed and let down! I bought a Tower Ice Diamond 28cm Non Stick and after ONE weeks worth of use the coating is bubbling off and Tower will do nothing about it, saying I have used something abrasive on it which I definitely have not, unless silicon is abrasive. I feel totally let down and after spending over £200 on new saucepans I feel I have been robbed!”

“Please do not buy Tower, they are very lightweight and the kettle broke within months. Customer service is a joke , they took a month to action then said we were outside the 6 month time frame and had some evidence of scale inside . Total rubbish I now have to buy all new kitchen Wear to have it matching.”

“We bought a Tower 58ml bin in September 2029. When swiping to open the flap not only opened but flew off its hinge. I sent a request for help to Tower sending pictures and invoice. The response from Louise was shocking. Basically, nothing to do with us, made. Go back to your supplier. We have lots of Tower products at home. After this experience be assured I'll never buy Tower ever again.”

If you go to https://registermywarranty.co.uk/ and register your product, then you will get the 5 year warranty if it applies. I can not see what product you have bought.

“The 20inch frying pan is not suitable for my induction hob, even though it says it is suitable for all hobs. I will be reporting to trading standards, they can't advertise this when it's not true. I chose it as a birthday present and was so disappointed when I tried to use it.”

“Terrible customer service. Won’t buy a Tower product again. Slow cooker lid exploded after only owning it for 3 months and using maybe 6 times at most. Tower haven’t offered to replace or resolve the problem in what is clearly a defective and dangerous product.”

“Over priced cheap tat!! Rubbish products Awful customer service Hoover we ordered didn't even turn on ! Had to send proof of this and battle for a refund! Reviews on various sites say it all 1 star after 1 star ! Stay clear don't order rubbish cheap company not covered by fca no compensation given for forfeiting cost of another vacuum in between terrible returns process ! Was like pulling teeth ! If no star was available I'd use that !!”

“Tower cerastone saucepan set. Purchased these on the 7th January. Both the frying pans are already sticking even though oil is used , only washed in soap and water. Saucepans appear ok., only time will tell. Not non - stick as stated.”

“Ordered rose gold kettle and iron. Kettle arrived with a broken switch. To return I had to prove this with a video! They sent a replacement where the box seal was obviously broken and on opening the box there was clear damage to the rose gold 'paint?' To return I again had to prove this and also asked if I'd used it even though I told customer services it was noticed on opening the box! Returned and decided to get a refund and give up on this poor quality items. More annoyingly, they wouldn't return the iron for free although now no good as won't match anything! So lumbered with this. The cord isn't long enough. 6 foot cord when an ironing board is 4ft and 3ft off the floor! Now use it in the kitchen but again a 2ft worktop again means cord too short. End up rotating the ironing board! Absolute joke of a company.”

“Ordered 3 items on a Thursday with Next Day Delivery . 2 items arrived on the Saturday and still waiting on the other. I have emailed customer services twice but only get an automated response. The items were ordered on next day delivery as a gift which is now several days late. I expected better with an average of 5 stars on ratings.”

“T16006 digital multi cooker. The instruction manual makes no sense. It mentions buttons that are not on the cooker. Cannot work out how to simply set the cooker to slow cook for 6 hours. Not intuitive at all! Please send some instructions which are easy to follow and make some sense!”

“1st problem. I purchased a Air fryer on receiving it I realised it was smaller than what the picture shows and the pan that you put the food in dose not sit flush so it was not what I wanted. 2nd problem On trying to contact Tower by email 5 emails later all i wanted to know is how to return the product and obtain a refund from them. Tower replied asking for proof of purchase which I emailed them a copy, I am Still waiting for a reply still have the product in its box never used just want a refund.”

“I would purchase a Tower brand Air fryer which states on the box British designed. When you look to see where the product is made guess what, MADE IN CHINA. No thank you I would pay extra for the air fryer or any other electrical goods if they were made in ENGLAND.”
