Beware - I ordered two items on the 9th Nov 2021 on a next day delivery only one item arrived 48 hours later. Nobody answers the phones, raised two online tickets raising the shortage, now the 15th November 2021 on response to date! Not great customer service and I am currently £70 out of pocket. You have been warned.

Order placed 29th October for next day delivery. Order not received 15th November. Telephone support goes onto a loop and three emails unanswered. Had to cancel order .

Tower bin: starts to corrode after 1 year. No reply from customer service after a month after sending two emails / opening a case. Very poor quality / customer service and can certainly NOT last multiple years.

Purchased a 5 piece Damascus Knife set in August 2020 with a 5 year warranty one of the knives snapped when cutting a pice off cheese and tower are refusing to replace under the warranty knife is just under 2 years old so be aware and don’t buy these inferior quality knives and the warranty is a lot of rubbish I will never buy any tower products again so be aware people

It's been 9days since I placed my order and only part of the order was delivered a full 7 days after paying for next day delivery. Do not use this company as they use the world's worst delivery service Hermes and I'm still waiting for a human from Tower to contact me and explain where the rest of my delivery is!!n I would give zero star if I could

I bought the colour changing kettle and it only worked for a week, had a replacement and again that didn’t work after a while as the lid broke, got a totally different brand now, won’t be buying again

I am fed up with Tower as as in November I purchased 2 4.3L air frites from Tesco one stoped working in July and have not been able to get any reply from Tower and they claim there is no phone service as a result of the Covid-19 this is not acceptable to customers should not have to be treated this way I paid good money for the items if I don’t get a result from here I intend going to trustpoilet and social

Recently bought Tower pressure cooker from Argos it stopped working within few months been trying to get it replaced it since last 4-5 months but Argos is asking to contact Tower and Tower says they don’t have replacement part so contact Argos. Argos wants us to sort it out with Tower directly via their warranty services. So much for their 10 year warranty . Avoid

I was disappointed to read your comments - within the first year of purchase it is the retailer that is responsible for the warranty should a fault occur with your product. I ordered a stick vacuum cleaner on 20th September and I received a confirmation which confirmed next day delivery, as expected. They took payment on September 20th. I waited in all the next day and heard nothing from them and did not receive my delivery. I tried to ring the next day and the message said I had to email, which I did on 22nd. I received an automated response and have heard nothing since. This is appalling service and as there seems to be no way of getting in touch with them I feel extremely angry and frustrated. We are going away tomorrow (four full days after 'next day delivery' should have taken place) and I can't even get in touch with them to tell them to deliver to my neighbour. Avoid this company.

Absolutely love my Tower Air Fryer with the shelves but it has now stopped working , really missing it as my main oven is also broken at the moment. The only complaint I have is that I have had no response from.several emails I have sent regarding the issue as product is still within warranty and I am anxious to get it sorted just 🤷‍♂️

Using for first time, lid will not stay shut so had to put a plate on it. Every time lid opens chips stop cooking and so far taken 25 minutes to cook chips! Rest of meal is now ruined so it will be returned to store tomorrow and get money refunded.

I am forced to unfortunately give a poor review (which I'd be willing to change if a Tower employee were to get in touch with me). I purchased an Air Fryer in March. It recently broke down, so I contacted Tower a week ago asking for an exchange. I am yet to reeive any response whatsoever, nor am I ble to speak to anyone over the phone. I'd be immensely grateful if a Tower employee were to contact me urgently, as this is the only appliance I have in my house to cook meals for my family.

Absolutely shocking customer service from these guys. Bought an item (AC Unit) via Ideal world. Waited a month to get it. Finally received with a broken part. Back and fore for the last week trying to get it sorted. They told me via Ideal world to cut the power cable to get a refund as item cannot be replaced nor a spare part offered. They are really taking the mick! I now have an item that is totally unusable and still no sign of refund. I have spent hours via emails, webchats, telephone calls (Premium Rate) to both Tower and Ideal world and still no result. Needless to say I am annoyed, frustrated, angry and at my wits end. I will persist however as this item cost £250! Will not by Tower again.

Received a fan (it was just left on the doorstep) during a heatwave but unfortunately it was smashed on arrival so I emailed tower as email is the only form of contract, I received a reply after 15 days requesting that I return the fan and I am still waiting for a refund weeks later. Most Pathetic service I have ever had in my life. I have bought a product & with in 2 months it's stopped working. I have exchanged about 60 emails with Support & Jamie is the person, who is so far worst customer rep I have ever faced in my life. **HIGHLY NON-RECOMMENDED, DO NOT BUY TOWER PRODUCTS, THESE ARE OF WORST QUALITY AND EVEN IF THE PRODUCT IS IN THE WARRANTY, SUPPORT TEAM WILL SUCK YOUR LIFE TO GET THE PRODUCT EXCHANGED** WASTE OF YOUR MONEY, GO FOR OTHERS**

Placed an order last week, delivered Monday with items missing, can’t speak to anyone only email contact with no reply as yet. Don’t you realise we wouldn’t place orders should items not required? You can’t use COVID excuse forever

I bought your black and rose gold items i.e. kettle, microwave, cutlery, pans, kitchen knives, tea/coffee/sugar canisters etc. In fact, a whole range nearly. After a few months, the items started to tarnish and the black paint chipped off the cutlery. 18 months, on the whole lot just looks unsightly. I complained to Tower and sent phots to be told this is what happens by a guy called Oliver and nothing can be done. I am disgusted at the quality of these items and I intend letting people know about it! Tower did not inform me before I bought this range that this would happen.

Hello Angela, Thank your for your review, We're sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our products. Unfortunately sometimes the rose gold on items may chip but this is classed as general wear and tear and after having the items for over 18 months we wouldn't be able to exchange. We do advise to wipe with a damp microfibre cloth and not to use any harsh abrasive cleaning solutions on the items as this will prolong their life. Take care Carina @Towerhousewares
