“Good value but you need a BBQ to heat it on I though you could plug it in”

“I’m impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the customer service provided by Louise. I was also impressed by the hassle free process in getting my air fryer replaced under warrantee, I will be recommending tower to family and friends. I’ve included a picture of my previous tower air fryer; it had been used almost daily for 18 months. It has all but replaced my oven, but unfortunately it packed in, luckily I was in warrantee and I’ve been sent a replacement.”

“Had a problem with a kettle. I emailed and got service adviser "Annie" Extremely helpful! Problem solved, with ease. Many thanks Happy Customer( please note I have put 6-12 hours as email sent Sunday) I didn't expect a response that day”

“My air fryer oven bulb stopped working and I wrote to customer services. I have been dealing with Annie and she has been extremely helpful and patient with me going through the procedure for a replacement. All paperwork completed and I await delivery of my replacement air fryer oven. I use this in place of my large built-in oven as it is so much quicker and consequently less expensive to run.”

“I bought this for 3 reasons, 1, it got good reviews, 2, I wanted shelves instead of a basket & 3, its supposed to be 11 liters, bigger than some others, but it didn't LOOK that big to me, it measures 250 x 250 x 170 mm equaling 10.6 liters, OK, nit picking, but why not get it right?? However, I love it, being a single pensioner, I can do a 'full English' in one hit in under 20mins!! Cooked many things but not used the rotisserie yet. AAAAA+++++”

“My hand mixer stopped working under warranty. Annie from customer services arranged for a replacement - it arrived 48 hours later. I found having to attach various photos of receipts, and video of problem a challenge - I'm not exactly young and not a smartphone expert!!”
