“our air fryer has failed and we have tried to contact Tower twice , still no response, maybe they hope we will give up and go away?”

“When I purchased the 8 Piece Air Fryer accessories set the website didn’t have the measurements page that it now has – even if it did have the page, I would have had to return the items as I have done because they didn’t fit the Vortx 4L Manual Air Fryer that I had purchased from Argos ( I have just returned this as well) Square peg in a round whole – the grill trays are just too big to fit as the cooking tray on the Vortx is curved and the trays aren’t so be careful how you measure your cook draw! It would be helpful if they listed on their site what air fryers they fit! Customer services wise it took a while but I got through to Amy who was most helpful and helped me with my returns”

“Really pleased with our Tower slow cooker, excellent value and it looks well made, stylish and has worked great with the 3 different heat settings to adjust. We have had a few Tower appliances now and really rate them. Hard to find decent made stuff these days!”

“Areo crisper Came dented, so it wasnt sitting right in the fryer, i managed to knock it out and it popped out as it should of been, now sits right and works as it should, i love it”

“Very pleased with this microwave, a nice looking item and a very reasonable price. Delivery was good. It fits nicely in the space allocated. I have a small kitchen and limited worktop area. I have a severe sight impairment, so digital items are a big problem but this manual model is great. It sits nicely near my Tower 2L air fryer.”

“I purchased a Tower 5 in 1 air fryer some 18 days ago, the unit has not been used at all because there is a problem with it and I have contacted the so called Tower "customer services" twice in the last 15 days with absolutely no response or help since to rectify it. If you expect aftermarket support which is clearly non-existent, then I would suggest you avoid Tower products.”

“Very poor customer service, did the 3 year guarantee tried to claim for leaking seal in bottom of bread pan letting liquid leak into turning mechanism under bread pan. After long drawn out exchanges still not resolved. Would not recommend tower after very poor service.”
