“Ordered my microwave on 10th January and immediately contacted Tower Customer Service to return as had selected the wrong colour. 15 days later and still no response from them despite numerous emails and private messages via messenger. Responses on messenger assure me someone will contact in 24 hours and it never happens. Customer service and after sales service is non existent, steer clear!!”

“Bought vortex vizion 7ltr air fryer in march 23 size good still can't get rid of horrible smell when cooking and lingering smell on the food tried emailing no response so not very happy phone lines only open 10 til 3 awkward when you work”

“My oven broke down and i didn't know what to do so a friend of mine brought in an air fryer called Tower Air fryer and that changed everything to better. I still haven't used my oven yet.”

“Great purchase for the price! It does the job. Able to put in cupboard if not in use. So is not taking the space everywhere. The meat takes longer than it’s written in instructions unfortunately. Drawers has wobbly fit when you open while it’s on to check food. I think it’s heat but returns back to normal when off. Otherwise I can’t complain about that at all. Would buy again if I have the option!”

“Upon delivery of the air fryer, we were disappointed to find the top was damaged. There was a large crack along the side of the top and are worried that it's been dropped, as the box has a crumpled edge, and therefore the workings inside could be damaged. We have tried to contact Tower several times via email as there is no telephone number to be found! We are still awaiting a response!”

“5* for the appliance, love it but I have to go through the instructions every time I use it which is the reason I give it 4*. Pictures would help instead of saying ‘toggle’ and I have to go back two pages to see which switch is the toggle? Four-six different switches just to make some chips, flicking backwards and forwards over the pages to get it started, husband reading instructions out to me. It is early days for me and no doubt I will get used to it but for ease, I would have appreciated ‘getting started’ instructions. Did a roast potato, roasted onion, carrots and parsnips, half an hour and done beautifully. Love it.”
