“The silicon sealing ring is too small to ensure that the cooker can support the designed pressure. Adding tape to both add additional vertical and horizontal compression to the seal allows the pressure cooker to get the correct pressure (most of the time). Looking at online reviews this is clearly not a one off occurrence. As an engineer my assessment is that the life tolerance calculations have not been performed correctly. Note replacement of the seal with a new Tower part did not solve the problem. The cooker does not have any scratches, dents or wear that would explain the sudden loss of pressure before reaching working pressure. Summary this is poorly designed and potentially dangerous device due to sudden release of steam that could result in significant burns.”

“After our second air wave low fat air fryer broke after 2 years of using, we have been looking to buy another one. Previous two mentioned have been bought in one of the cheap stores and item's price was around £30. The problem was the heating element just burnt and the replacement would cost much more then the whole new thing. So we have been searching for new one and just by accident seen one in DS and for promotional price, as this store was reducing prices due to near closure. Since we picked our alien, as we nicknamed it, because really looks like alien, we are happy to use it nearly every second day for making fish, heating of meals, baking the rolls, making chips and many more... This was really great buy and also the fact, we could extend our warranty for free makes this purchase to feel like bargain of the year... Only one thing makes me sad: the print around the knobs disapears, so soon won't know the temperature levels.”

“Bought a set of frying & sauce pans in baby blue from ideal world, they were supposed to be ceramic non-stick, THAT'S A JOKE! i tried frying an egg in the frying pan with oil & the egg stuck to the pan better than any super glue i have purchased. In fairness, contacted tower with my complaint, they replaced the pan telling me that they had been supplied with a bad batch of this item from there suppliers. On trying the replacement low & behold the same thing happened again. As a word of warning do not waste your money on these pans. I went to asda & purchased 30cm non-stick pan & guess what my egg frying abilities improved 200%, & this pan only cost me £8.00, as opposed to the £70.00 i paid for the set from TOWER.”

“I recently bought the Linear 3 saucepan set with lids in black because I was looking for some non stick pans which could be used in the Aga oven as well as on the hob. These have metal handles so are perfect and the ceramic coating is incredibly non stick. Very impressed, my only minor issue is that the pan handles are very chunky and my pan handle cover doesn't fit them...plus you need to remember to tip the water out of the handle when washing up or it goes all over the floor! Overall though I think they are fantastic and great value for money.”

“Airwave Low Fat Fryer: The product cooks evenly and heats up quickly and definitely cooks thoroughly. There are many parts but it is quite easy to wash. Food tastes good cooked this way and is a good substitute for those who do not have a fan oven,”

“Purchased the Tower Healthy Air Fryer today had previously owned the Philips air fryer at over double the cost. Used it and it's amazing only uses 1/2 tsp of oil for a pan full of chips. Plus all items can go in the dishwasher a lot better than the Philips air fryer. Would highly recommend.”
