“Had a problem with the manual timer on the airfryer, Megan in customer services was very helpful and even though I didn't have a receipt for proof of purchase, agreed to provide a new timer free of charge. Garrett O'Reilly”

“bought a saute pan with lid, which is amazing with 10year guarantee, needed to find out some details for the guarantee, Lousie very very helpful and willing to help out. great customer service and the actual product also, best pan i had so far... hope it does last for 10 years at least...”
