Had an issue with a broken timer knob. Had a replacement part in the post within 24 hours. Fantastic customer service. Cant fault it.

I contacted them to ask whether they had a part for my Tower Air Fryer that I did not see online and expecting to be given a link to buy it or told know we don't have it. Email response time was amazingly quick. They had the part could I confirm my address and within minutes told my part was on its way. This is a perfect example of a positive moment of truth of the service provide, quick resolution in one interaction.

After using my Tower Air Fryer for the last year and a half…. and loving it….. the timer dial knob cracked. I contacted Tower and they were right on top of getting a replacement part to me within a couple weeks. Their responses were prompt and courteous and made the process easy. Knowing this service is in place, I will certainly choose Tower products over other brands in the future. Thank you, Tower!

My auto opening/closing bin became defective after a few months so I contacted Tower who couldn't have been more helpful. They were a joy to deal with and have sent me a new replacement bin. I would recommend this company 100%. They provide great devices at good prices and their after sales service has been fantastic.

I had a problem with my pressure cooker which was under guarantee. I sent a video of the problem and an explanation and they agreed to replace it without any fuss. Natasha in customer services was extremely helpful. Very good customer service.

Well I was doubtful when I first bought it as I was a devotee of the halogen cooker but boy does this beat it hands down.It's fast efficient and cooks like a dream.It's not as spacious as a halogen but so much easier to clean and I would recommend it to anyone

wow , well first let me start with delivery . Ordered the 1500W 4.3L Manual Air Fryer on Friday and arrived in less than 24 hours . Outstanding . Packing and shipping 100% I have checked the item but have not used this one as it is a Christmas present for my Daughter-in-Law . I am very familiar with tower as i have the Xpress Pro 2000W 11L 5-in-1 Digital Air Fryer Oven and i love it . I will update the review once my Daughter-in-Law has used it but i think she will be as thrilled as i was . The price for this item was fantastic and even better with the 20% off as well , so great bargain . 100% happy with everything .

Had an issue but Louise at tower who dealt with the issue for the duration of my query was absolutely outstanding and she is a credit to Tower. Would definitely buy from tower again :)

A quick and responsive customer service via email but they do need to actually read the requests before sending the genetic first reply!! Very pleased with the response times and outcome of a replacement basket.
