I bought a 32cm frying pan and it the best frying pan that I ever bought. I do not put oil on it and its fry very good. I would recommend it to anyone.

I was impressed with your customer services, I couldn't register my carpet cleaner on line as there was an error code 500 preventing me from doing this, so I contacted your Cs and Megan replied within minutes, and sorted out my extended warranty for me.. Well done !

The difficulties in providing a replacement Sensor Bin have been compounded by the fact that you were unable to provide proof of purchase to support your warranty as well as this model being out of stock due to its popularity. I had asked for help finding a replacement charger to my surprise a reply was sent rather quickly and informing me to a spare available. And they sent one out to me for free!
