“After a few reservations,as we are OAPs,our daughter recommended we try an air fryer, and chose yours.We have had it 3 weeks now and happily using it every day, experimenting as we go.”

“Poorest customer service by Laura, who didn’t provide an appropriate solution to the issues I was experiencing. I purchased an air fryer spare basket and the handle broke within less than 6 months of use. It was clearly a quality issue as we’ve always used our air fryer with great care.”

“Purchased the 5 in 1 air fryer oven and have used it to cook salmon, chicken and cakes. I’m very happy with the product and the results of the cooking. The reason for the 4 stars is that the instructions are not that great and no recipes, which when I have bought other products they give you a couple of recipes to be getting on with, anyway I bought an air fryer recipe book and I am now trying to work my way through it 🤦‍♀️. Might be worth considering adding a couple of recipes in the literature in the future.”

“I was not satisfied with the quality of my items, so I returned them. I've been waiting over a month for a refund.....apparently its the way the company works. Yet no other company I've had to wait this long for....£80 plus is a long of money to wait for.”

“Ordered a 3 litre digital air fryer yesterday, sunday, and couriers delivered it this morning, monday, absolutely amazing service, and fully updated by email. I put the airfryer to use and what a brilliant piece of kit, lovely crispy chips within 20 mins, and only using 1000 watts, if you have solar panels then like me, you will be cooking for free.It was also supplied with a good instruction book, thanks for very good service.”

“We ordered 3 of these ... All different sizes each time and payed £5 for fast delivery each time. None of these fit our tower electric pressure cooker.”
