Brought Vortx 1.8L Manual Air Fryer in June 2021 from your website. Two days pass 1yr warranty the timer broke. Contact customer service who informed me has a 3yr guarantee if registered. However purchased advised it had been registered for warranty which I passed onto your customer service. I’ve not had any contact advising outcome since Wednesday. Your ref No 612618. Having had the opportunity to investigate your enquiry I can see that an advisor responded to your email on Wednesday to which we received a further response from you on Thursday. Was just getting used to my 10 in 1 when it developed what I thought was a small fault. However, within the space of 10 days of problem being reported, I today received a replacement oven. Thank you so much for excellent service, other’s should take note! Emma, at Customer Service Centre, dealt with my call with knowledge and efficiency ……. Bought the manual 5 in 1 Tower airfryer last week, so very pleased with it. Yesterday I received my crispa that I ordered THE DAY BEFORE!! How's that for service! Super super fast. Tried it straight away. Does an excellent job and was so simple to get in and out (so too the rotisserie gadget). Couldn't be more pleased with my Tower buys. Many thanks

Brilliant. i can’t cook without burning everything so this is amazing and so helpful i love it only used twice so far to do fresh burgers, fries, prawns, fish fingers, ash browns but i want to try so much in it. Not to big either and looks really smart ,touch screen easy to use too. Also have a baby who’s weaning so it will come in useful for healthy foods i mark for him. Thank you

Worst product and customer service,bought a frying pan,it's sticking food and also got Staines.It was under warranty but customer service didn't help.Better to avoid buying from Tower
