Have to say I was dubious of all the hype of air fryers, but this machine not only impressed for price,looks, size & ease of use, but once you sort your cooking times the food it produces is excellent. 10 out of 10

I have purchased one of your air fryer oven. Very modern look. Looks great I'm the kitchen. All works fab . But the light dose not work and spoil the items that are being cooking. I have only received the oven today which is 11/9/22/. It was purchased through Amazon. Model n/o is. T17939 another n/o on the oven is Po253619. I just wondered if you could throw a little light on the problem. Thank you Mr A J Tite

Rubbish experience- directions for your fryer - we cannot see as it’s font 8 and cheap paper. How on earth do you turn it on.

Ordered 2 Skewers and 2 rotating baskets. Got 1 of each. Couldn't raise a ticket in my account because the feature isn't currently working. Sent an email that didn't get any response. Had to tweet to get any response. Then had to.send a picture of the packaging?! Ended up ony receiving another basket as the skewers are out stock. Tower need to sort themselves out their customer service is rubbish. The Skewers seem ok. No instructions though and very poorly packaged

First attempt was rotisserie chicken and roast potatoes Maybe slightly adventurous but I works brilliantly You need to get used to the rotisserie setup and maybe using the kebabs skewers around the chicken would be easier But in less than 65 minutes we had a great chicken cooked to perfection and the best roast potatoes ever Clean up in the dishwasher was easy Tomorrow its bacon and sausages for breakfast Have a power meter inline so will be able to check its usage Wish I had one years ago

Dissappinted with their communication Ordered a product on their website which stated next day delivery So ordered and paid Here we are next day and nothing Email sent asking about delivery got auto reply saying we will answer email in 3 working days So not impressed so far

Iv just brought a tower airfryer,I absolutely love it but just noticed,on the grill plate there is 2 feet missing,there is 4all together

Firstly the packaging secondly the first time round the mistake was from my end but received a parcel now I am fuming and the pictures will make you understand why I do not pay for electric which smell as if fuse broken I have kids and live in a block I am absolutely dishearten at the way my ELECTRIC parcel was handle please see attached especially When i pay full price

This air fryer looks good in my kitchen. So far, I’ve only used it twice to cook sausages and fish, but I’m happy with it. It’s easy to clean too. I will update later, when I’ve used it more.

Have a problem with on/pause button om my 5 in 1. Sometimes it works and others not. I choose temp and time and press on to start. Am I doing something wrong or is there a problem with the button? When I do get it to go it's fab.
