MISLEADING PACKAGE I've only cooked chips and fish so far and it seemed ok. Disappointed by the misleading package advertising a DIGITAL recipe book! Wow I thought that's good! A book! Don't be fooled by the claim. They just added some basic recipes at the end of the instruction manual! Shame!

This is fantastic: so easy to use and food comes out great. Wish I’d bought one long before now! The service received from Tower was super and delivery was faster than expected! Highly recommended

Item arrived damaged and also the packaging was damaged. Emailed Tower Housewares and not even had a reply.

Air fryer amazing. Delivery very fast. But a little disappointed that there was no where to get a reduction for having a blue light card. Have contacted customer services and have been promised the discount.

Not received to date, ordered over a week ago, free next day delivery still nothing. Have contacted Tower every day and no update from them, they are saying no update from Evri AKA Hermes. Would never order from Tower again knowing that if you have an issue with delivery, you don't get an answer within a reasonable time frame. I'm still waiting to know whats happened (Evri received the parcel, just havent sent it out for delivery), 8 days later, out of pocket and my order undelivered. Very unhappy.

Having had the opportunity to investigate this I can see that your parcel is being located within our courier partners network. Our courier partners successfully deliver thousands of our products to our customers everyday. There are rare occasions where a parcel is delayed and when this occurs our courier partners carry out a detailed search. This search is ongoing - one of my Customer Services Supervisors is personally managing your enquiry and will provide an update at regular intervals. Beware supposed to be a warranty with my microwave bought 18months ago till 2023 have ir registered ect but have tried every way I could to let them know it is sparking and switching off been unable to use it for over a week.so if I cannot arrange a replacement or repair I am stuck.so what use is warranty.

Our Air fryer arrived today and used for the first time. Very impressed and cooked the meal quickly evenly and in half the time of the oven. Would definitely recommend however did we get by without one!

Arrived with a big dent in it. Phoned Customer Services 2 days ago and none in stock to replace it with. Had to then email them as they couldnt do this on the phone for me! to see what they can sort out...still havnt heard anything...andthe Air Fryer is sitting in my kitchen taking up space whilst I wait to see if I am going to use/keep it. Not happy!

Bought Tower air fryer T17076 direct from Tower. Very reasonable price. So far we’ve cooked rotisserie chicken, roast potatoes, sausages, bacon, grilled tomatoes, joint of ham. All have come out brilliantly and succulent. Roast potatoes nice and crispy. Thoroughly recommend this air fryer.

I havent used mine yet, but my son bought same item same time as me, he loves it and says its very good. Love it. Chips and roasties come out crispy.
