“At first I thought it was a bit small but I have found it ample cooking for two, poss plus 1 child at a push. It is quick, the digital controls are easy and having a timer cuts out a bit of stress. Recipe book essential to get started. I'd like a couple of improvements. The rotisserie spindle is very fiddly, especially when food is hot and the little wing nuts almost sure to get lost. The kebab skewers are a good idea but a nightmare in practice, need redesign. I have a notion to abandon one end and tie a piece of string to hold the circle but haven't tested that yet. Rotisserie chicken and bacon were both great. Chips not as good as trad method but handy I guess. One big bonus, it is very easy to clean. On the whole I think it will make a good addition to the kitchen and I will continue to use it. 4 stars, could be 5 with a few improvements.”

“Bought a Tower Vortex air fryer, great machine, the instruction booklet is very poor almost as good as useless, very scant details, some of the expressions are not explained leaving you to guess, other explanations are sadly vague or non existent. I have no doubt the person who wrote it knew what they were on about, but made no effort at all to give consideration to the customers going to buy the machine. Come on TOWER you can do better than this.”

“Excellant air fryer. 5 out of 5.Cooked a chicken and it was absolutely delicious,the best i've had.Also done a pizza,easy to use and easy to clean, i'll never use an ordinary oven again. Well worth the money.”

“Well, my initial impression was how easy it is to operate. I was impressed with cooking time and how cool it looks. I like the integrated soft touch control panel. I’m surprised it didn’t come with a chip basket as other models do. But for the money, a great buy”

“Just love our new air fryer! In all honesty I was very reluctant to get a new kitchen gadget but this is a wonderful new addition! We have only had it for a week and we have cooked fish, chicken, chips, pies and sausage rolls in this perfectly without a failure. We have only used the oven once since, so have already saved on our energy bills. Very happy!”

“Love our new Tower 4.3 l Air Fryer, but already we want a bigger one! It’s perfect for two people and makes brilliant chips, roast potatoes, meat balls, and we even cooked a delicious whole small chicken in it . Saves a lot of electricity too. We haven’t used our big oven since we got the air fryer. Air fryer isn’t a good name though because it cooks everything not just fried food. Perhaps it should be rechristened Tower Vortex EcoOven.”

“I received a brand new pressure cooker just a few weeks ago. It doesn't hold the steam and the steam is released from the location where there is a red button. This red button also never rises under pressure to hold the steam. I contacted the Customer Service (Megan) and reported the problem. They asked me to send a clip which I sent them. It appears that they have neither read my emails nor watched the clip I sent them. They keep asking me questions that I have already answered in my emails and in fact the clip shows everything. Very frustrated with their customer service. Not recommended.”

“Trying out the new technology air fryer so bought this 4L Tower. Simple operation and works well for small quick meals . Build quality good and small footprint so fits into my small kitchen. Had to add small dab of paint onto the knob markers as difficult to see in low light. See photo.”
