“So far so good. Only problem mis it’s all guess work at the moment. I feel there should be at least a basic cook book with this item, so you know what temperature and time food items need to cook. I’ve ended up paying over £9 to get a recipe book to give me this information. At 72 this is a new concept for me and a little help how to confirm my cooking times and temperatures would be a great help. Something to consider. The leaflets are only sparse information bought mine from an outlet store not direct x”

“You sent me a faulty model. Now you have my money; you do not have a replacement and I am unable to purchase another until you receive this back. The lady that I dealt with over the phone was kind however your service extremely poor. Very disappointing service from Tower.l”

“I purchased my tower air fryer T17061BLK on 20.08.2022, I haven’t even registered for guarantee yet and whilst eating our dinner this evening my husband asked me what was the black plastic rubber thing on his plate. Lo and behold it was a protector from the trivet, on inspection a second one was missing , obviously down the drain from last being washed up. Could a more permanent rubber be used? Ie bit removable. Is it possible to obtain a replacement rubber for the trivet please? Impressed with the cooking!”

“Waited ages for this to come back in stock. Could've got it elsewhere for cheaper but didn't want to risk it. Mother always said "You buy cheap, you buy twice". So trusted Tower to come through and they certainly did! Much bigger than I expected, so very pleased. Can hold a good two portions of chips/fries which is exactly what I needed. Overall, 10/10.”

“Vizion air fryer is extremely easy to use and gives food a gorgeous golden colour even with no oil at all. It cooks quickly and washes with no effort. I gave it four stars as I find the design a little lumpy especially as it comes in black only, so on your countertop it is a bit of an eyesore.”
