“So far so good, problem is getting recipes for a rotisserie type air fryer but they are there online. Air fryer is marvellous, cooked a chicken on rotisserie, one hour at 180c,chicken was moist and tasty. Brilliant.”

“Still waiting for delivery, 8 days so far when purchased with next day delivery. I will likely update when (if) it arrives”

Hi Geraint, Thanks for your review of your order and delivery experience. Having had the opportunity to investigate your comments in full I can confirm the following : 1) your order was placed after noon meaning next day delivery would be the next day plus 1 day. 2) the delay in your delivery was compounded by your request to re-direct your delivery address to a 'secure locker' location 3) attempts were made by our courier partner to deliver to this location however the delivery was declined by the retailer at the locker location. 4) as a result of the failed attempts by our courier partner arrangements were made to return your parcel to us. Following on from your contact with our Customer Services Team here at Tower arrangements have been made to dispatch a replacement product to you I trust this demonstrates our involvement in your enquiry and offer our apologies for any inconvenience caused. “Poorest customer service by Laura, who didn’t provide an appropriate solution to the issues I was experiencing. I purchased an air fryer spare basket and the handle broke within less than 6 months of use. It was clearly a quality issue as we’ve always used our air fryer with great care.”

“Purchased the 5 in 1 air fryer oven and have used it to cook salmon, chicken and cakes. I’m very happy with the product and the results of the cooking. The reason for the 4 stars is that the instructions are not that great and no recipes, which when I have bought other products they give you a couple of recipes to be getting on with, anyway I bought an air fryer recipe book and I am now trying to work my way through it 🤦‍♀️. Might be worth considering adding a couple of recipes in the literature in the future.”

“I was not satisfied with the quality of my items, so I returned them. I've been waiting over a month for a refund.....apparently its the way the company works. Yet no other company I've had to wait this long for....£80 plus is a long of money to wait for.”
