“Ordered and delivered no problem only thing not pleased with was the 22mm pipe preparation and deburr tool looked like it had been laying about on a shelf for ages not in any packaging but didn’t look new,it works so can’t be asked to send it back.Not to impressed.”

Hi George, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately we aren't to automatically know that tools are faulty unless you tell us. We did receive an email you sent us about a fridge you delivered: "I delivered this Fridge yesterday morning to my Customer which was the True Jesus Christ Church in Elgin. After setting it up, it was pointed out by the Chinese Congregation the Fridge Top and Bottom Trims are not fitted properly." I notice that our customer service team dealt with your replacement the day after this review, as soon as we knew about your faulty item. I hope that this has restored faith in our service.
