When I asked to return the other 3 pairs, they refused to reimburse me the cost of shipping for those 3 pairs they sent me in the wrong size. They think it’s ok that I pay $60 of shipping for one $25 pair of sandals, when they are the ones who made the mistake with the other 3 pairs.”

“I’ve placed two orders from Tradeinn/Trekkinn etc which included a Petzl head lamp. Just before the shipment two times the lamp was “automatically” canceled by the system and the order was sent to me without the recalculation of the shipment freight charges (even though I’ve made the second order solely to try to get the lamp again).
The customer service of this company provides generic script based answers which are worthless and don’t take into account my multiple requests to see through this issue. Several times as a courtesy they offered 5 percent promo code, but when I tried to apply it second time it didn’t apply to any of the products I selected (stating that it’s invalid so the customer service either provides the invalid promo codes or as they told me they can be applied only on a very specific limited list of products - why to offer it then?). So whenever you order something from them, beware! It’s better either to check alternative supplier, or try to minimize the basket and order in order not to pay for the shipment of air!
No customer focus, no actual support, cheating on customers with the freight shipment calculation, no willingness to engage and keep the customers!”

They don't even know where the package is and they refuse to return the money.
I also involved the authorities in the case, bacause at the moment this is a form of theft.
I would say that the costumer service is weak, but there is practically none.

“firstly, while placing the order delivery date was different and after placing the order it got changed suddenly. I can understand if there is a different of couple of days but more than 10 days delay is unacceptable and you should notify your customers about it before placing the order. then, I felt that agent failed to understand my concern and urgency and simply asked me to cancel the order. I had to ask same thing thrice and response wasn't satisfactory. I canceled my order by mistake as I wanted to change the address and asked the agent if my order can be reinstated but I didn't get any response for that as well.
I'm a professional climber and buy lot of products from trekinn but I will never buy anything from you guys in the future. I will also, share this experience with my friends and fellow climbers and will make sure that they don't waste their time and energy on your website.
You need to understand that good customer service is very important when you shop online and place an order from different countries.”

“Total scam. First, my shipment was delayed by nearly 2 weeks, even though according to their website the items were in stock. Then they finally sent the items, but the shipment itself was cancelled and the items were returned to their warehouse without my knowledge and approval. I still don't know what was the reason of the shipment being cancelled. I'm still waiting to get my money back. Customer service responds with automated replies and says things that make no sense.
