“My experience echos many of the other reviews. I ordered a pair of cycling shoes at the beginning of March and was given a delivery date of between 18-21 March. I kept trying to track the parcel, but it never showed the parcel as being despatched. Tried contacting Tradeinn, but all you get is a robot with prescribed responses. No human interaction. This situation never changed, but then on 21 March my hopes were raised when I got a message saying 'arriving by 8pm'. It was a false dawn. Nothing arrive. Then I got another message saying despatch had been delayed and they would contact when a date is known.
They don't deserve any stars. They are a bunch of con men. I don't think they ever had the goods I ordered and paid for. What is disturbing is that they are allowed to trade on the Amazon platform. Come on Amazon get a grip. I have been promised a refund. I'll believe it when it happens.”
“I bought batteries from Tradeinn. They normally have a shelf life of around 10 years. Tradeinn sent me batteries which had an expiry date of less than 10 months. I will not buy from them again.”

“What a terrible experience.
Context:
I ordered a Garmin Forerunner 945 from their store. I had a 30 day, money back return policy.
What happened:
The Garmin was defect - I called Garmin directly, and spoke with their technical support team - who told me that it would need to be returned, and could see that there was an issue with the products blue tooth connectivity.
What I did next:
I returned the product with the information about what happened, and requested my money back.
What did they do:
They ignored my refund request, and sent the product to the manufacturer, under the pretext that if there was nothing wrong with it, I would need to pay for all the shipping costs.
I explained many times via the support email, that I simply wanted to return the product and receive a refund.
I hear nothing for a few weeks, then suddenly get an email telling me that they will be sending me a fixed or new product (still not clear what they were talking about) - with the tracking number. This has absolutely nothing to do with either their return policy or what I was looking for.
Customer support wrote to me in English first, then randomly in German, did not reply on time. This whole process for a malfunctioning product, has taken almost 2 months. Oh and sending emails from your account, returns an error and won't let you. So I had to find a mail I had received in my inbox from them, to be able to communicate.
I mean really guys - unprofessional, poor service and poor product experience.
Definitely would not recommend purchasing anything from this online store.”
“The worst experience in my life trying to return an item. I sent back a hoodie that was too large and my parcel got stuck at Spanish customs even though I had used all the paperwork provided by Tradeinn. Tradeinn said there was nothing they could do, and asked that I wait for the parcel to be returned to me and they would then arrange for pickup and give me my refund. I emailed them immediately when my parcel eas returned to me, but they reply once a week. Someone offered a 50% refund if I would keep the item and not return it. I rejected the offer. I only want a full refund.
It has been 2 months since I ordered my hoodie, received it, sent it back, had it returned, and am trying to get TradeInn to reply to my emails. Horrible!”

Then when I wanted to return the package I was obliged to pay 20 euros to them without giving me the chance to send it with the service I want. They sent me the return label 10 days later after spending my time chatting with their customer service many times and they were rude to me too! “The worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. Parcel failed to arrive, I had to contact them. It was Virtually Impossible to speak to someone. It was all bots that never answered my questions. When I did talk to a human I was always told my parcel will arrive shortly. Any idiot would of worked out after a month the parcel weren't coming but again I had to do all the chasing to make them realise my items are lost. They kept telling me the same thing, it's being investigated over and over. There was no timescale of when they were gonna declare the parcel lost or when I would be reimbursed. I have now checked delivery and it has been changed to 1st Jan - 3rd Jan 2024 😡😡😡😡 please don't rely on this company for orders. I've had one email since I placed the order, very poor customer service and relations.”
“Package was lost at the courier (DPD). Contacted DPD, we as end customers have no right to redress from the courier. TradeInn must settle this problem with DPD, DPD said. TradeInn always refers us to DPD. After a few weeks, TradeInn is in contact with DPD. I'll leave it open whether I believe that. Request for a refund is rejected.
Tradinn takes no responsibility. The package is lost and will no longer be delivered.
