“Low prices claimed but they often do not have the stock in reality, despite claiming at time of purchase that they do. They will provide you a delivery date that will seem reasonable but In my experience won't come close to meeting.

“Ordered 2 pairs size 6Y sandals. Received both pairs but one pair is the wrong size. Only solution offered was to give refund for the incorrect size sandal but the extra shipping fee charged for the 2nd pair was not refunded.
But I need 2 pairs, to get the 2nd pair I will have to make a new purchase and pay full shipping fee. This will set me back close to additional $20. Given their track record getting the wrong product again is very high and then I will lose more money.
Even after numerous email exchanges, chat, phone calls they stick to their ridiculous scripted policy and refused to send the replacement even though it is their mistake. Request to speak/contact with a manager was flat out rejected. The phone calls costed me another $15.
At this point, I just have to cut my loss and never deal with this company again.

“Bought levis jacket which arrived with plain red tab, no branding. Raised issue with them saying this is not what was as advertised in picture. Refund was approved but at a rediculous cost of £50+ and reason was noted as "didn't like item" I told them this wasn't the case it was because it wasn't as advertised. AVOID this company at all costs.”
“Don't be tempted by this shady company's low prices. It's OK to buy from them only if you are 100% sure you won't ever need to deal with returns or exchanges.
Returning items comes with unexpected costs - you have to pay an exorbitant fee just to get the the return label—20 EUR in my case for a unpacked wetsuit return! Not mentioning shipping costs, which is OK unless it's a case with a defective item.
But if it happens that the product is defective, they blame you (in my case I received the matt which came with already deteriorating material) and close the case. Without a possibility to reopen the case.
Their customer service is abysmal—they only communicate through WhatsApp, often with automated responses in Spanish. They're a fraudulent company that preys on those who don't read their policies. Be careful!”

A totally unreliable and dishonest company.
I was on their French website when they redirected me over and over again to their Suisse website - and kind of forced me to order there and pay in Suisse francs.
And then it turns out that they ship the products from the Netherlands, which means that I had to pay an additional 50% for the suisse customs!! I wrote them to ask if they take on the customs since they were the ones who forced me over and over again to the suisse website, and they waved me off.
Since this is totally dishonest and the addition of the customs fee made the product way too expensive for it's worth, I wanted to use their "FREE RETURN" option, only to learn that the "Free" is for them, and the shipping fee is for the customer !!!
In short - dishonest, lack of transparency and total disrespect of customers

- Delivery to your home estimated between Thu. 07 Sept. and Fri. 08. Sept
- Sep 6 not even shipped - delay issues; as TradeInn did not have the product ("We should receive the item very soon." was the response)
- Sep 7 TradeInn claimed the parcel was shipped. - new estimated delivery Sep 10 (still ok)
- Sep 8 - DHL confirmed having the package
- Sep 9 - DHL express asked to pay additional CAD $192.03 for tax and duties (tax is only $17 - the rest are additional DHL handling charges)
(TradeInn claimed they could not include these additional charges in the original cost, as it is determined at the entry point to the country - clearly not, as the package did not even left EU yet and the charges were preset).

- DHL charged for handling fees twice
- on the top of it - there was a huge hole in the box - fortunately content does not seem to be damaged - but careless handling by the courier.
- BikeInn (TRADEINN RETAIL SERVICES S.L.) falsely claimed that duties could
not be calculated in advance - yet they were calculated by DHL prior to leaving EU and
arriving in Canada. Amazon for one has that option too - and if there is a
discrepancy - that is handled by additional credit later on. but regardless
- 400CAD for shipment that is severely delayed is ridiculous. I only chose
DHL express because it was supposed to arrive by Sept 7 or Sept 8.
TradeInn ignored this and refused to return the express delivery charges for non-express shipment.”

“Appalling service, avoid it like you would, the COVID virus. Tradeinn got so many things wrong, and so little (barely) right.
Bought a few items off Bikeinn (one of many entities under Tradeinn), and received the order confirmation soon after. Took all of 6 days for Bikeinn to let me know that 1 of the 2 identical items that I had ordered were unavailable, with the option to cancel the order (for either 1 or both items).
On checking the order in my account (or the Bikeinn site), the status showed that the order had been shipped. There were zero responses to questions seeking clarifications on this.
Following a decision to cancel the order, there was zero acknowledgement on next steps, and if I would be reimbursed. Zero, nothing, no response whatsoever. Attempts to get in touch with Bikeinn, regarding the order (and the cancellation) were made with multiple standardised responses that were exactly the same, word-for-word (I'm looking at you, Sylvester and Paul).
To date (2.5 weeks since the order was confirmed), there's been no response to indicate if I would be reimbursed for the cancelled order.”
