ABSOLUTE SCAM! Appalling experience. Would give no stars if I could. Wish I’d read all the terrible reviews before purchasing. I tried to return the skis I bought but when the return invoice was printed they’d taken more than a third off the price of the refund. Customer service told me it was “shipping and VAT”. When I told them this was a) nonsense because the shipping I paid was £15; and b) Illegal, you can’t just keep VAT, they changed the story and said they were keeping the import taxes. Absolutely nowhere in their T&Cs or returns policy does it say this. In fact it says the opposite, that refunds will be the full cost of the item plus shipping. Now having to have Amex do an investigation to get the money back. Plus when you try to return something, be aware you are liable for the full return cost to Spain - £50 in my case. They don’t cover anything.

I received an email notification to notify me that the parcel was not delivered due to nobody being home to receive it which is impossible as both my wife or myself were home the whole day. Since then I have been trying on two occasions to find out when the next attempt at delivery but I have not heard anything back thus far. I also attempted to use the phone number provide in the email but I am being told that number is disconnected. I also noticed today that a photo of the parcel was shared in the confirmation email but when looking at the sticker on the parcel, it looks like there is no street address. Only street number and city so not quite sure how or where the attempted delivery was made. In any case someone should have contacted me on the phone number that I provided at the time of purchase to sort this issue out.

MESSAGE FOR TRADEINN STORE!!!Now 1 week ago I filed the return form… Now 1 week ago I filed the return form as they asked( with photos). I get message to do AGAIN THE SAME THING( are you kidding me?) I bought a Motorcycle item from Motardinn that's part of the Tradeinn group of companies, because the price was so good AND it was showing IN STOCK on their site. It turns out they did not have it at the time! They got it in stock 10 days after I had ordered it, and despite that, they would not refund me at least the $10 shipping cost as a sign of goodwill and ignored all my email requests. They MISREPRESENT whether they have the item in stock and how long it will take to ship it. BE CAREFUL! And then if you try to figure out what's happening, they continually ignore your questions and just cut and paste replies out of some training manual that has nothing to do with what you asked. Now, TWO WEEKS past the original delivery date, I still do not have the item nor any meaningful tracking info that at least says when I can expect to get it... It would have been faster to order from China!!!

False or misleading information. They present a "total" price but then, upon reception of the item, the post office requests import duties. OF COURSE the price is lower than in amazon or other options. The total cost is much higher. DO NOT TRUST this company. There are far better options.

It looks like a scam, they don't have actual customer service just generic answers, I"ve tried to return a product and get back my money but they keep sending you the same Emails again and again until you give up,

DONT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS, check the recent 1 star reviews on trustpilot and sitejabber, and do not believe the fake 4.6 star they have on their website - this is through “verified reviews” however you have to request to review through them and every time I’ve requested I have heard nothing back so they clearly only accept reviews they know will be positive. Complete scam, offered me a discount code after my delivery was over a month late but I’ll never use this sham of a website again and am spreading the word everywhere I can for others to avoid them too

These guys are completely unprofessional. I asked for a Samsonite bag to be delivered at home. After a month waiting they told me that I need to pick it up at "the nearest post office". they never informed me that the delivery was not at delivery address and I can't pick it up at a post office ... All contacts with support team were quite unprofessional. Just automatic replies without any clear effort to solve the problem. Do not use this guys for e-commerce they don't have a clue about what they are doing

They are indeed swindlers! Bought a refurbished infrared panel, but the item was broken and not working. There was nothing refurbished about it. But the persist in stating that I received what I ordered: a refubished product. Never buy from any of the TradeInn stores! You are warned!!

DO NOT BUY FROM TRADEINN. They sent me the wrong size of running shoes. They want to charge me for shipping, $59.00 CAD. I am afraid to return item as they may not credit my credit card. See other reviews. The runners are useless as they do not fit. AGAIN, do not purchase from TRADEINN.

Awful service, never got my item. Three weeks after I placed my order they told me one of the items I ordered might out of stock (by than my I was already supposed to received my items!). Dealing with them is a nightmare, I still haven't received my items nor my money back

No recomiendo en absoluto esta tienda. Algunos artículos están agotados, pero no te enteras hasta que pagas. Se promete devolver el dinero, pero han pasado 5 días y no se ha devuelto nada. Los operadores y el servicio de atención al cliente mienten y engañan. ¡Nunca compren en esta tienda, no vale la pena sus nervios! Y me gustaría que la tienda cerrara...

TO BE AVOIDED!!! Communication is pretty much done with copy/paste text, you do not have impression there is a real human being on the other side... But, this is the least problematic occurrance with so called 'service' provided by Tradeinn - after over two weeks waiting, without any update given, my order was cancelled - no reason given at all!!! To top it all off - due to currency conversion I was at loss of approximately €20... So to summarize: 1. Order never received 2. Over two weeks waiting for NOTHING 3. Paying a €20 'fine' for this 'wonderful' service and buying experience 4. Tradeinn not willing to at least cover this expense caused by THEMSELVES 5. Customer service feels like communicating with a machine not human - ignorant and generic replies Conclusion - STAY AWAY!!!

They sent out a package that got declined by the customs department. And now they refuse to give me a refund. Worst customer service ever, buyers be aware!

Ordered SCUBA diving gear took ages to arrive, then found out it was coming from Spain and the order tracking said it had not left Spain then next minute there's a knock on the door it's Royal Mail with their delivery. Returning ANY item is not worth it because they are asking for £33.05 to return this item that weighs less than 150 grams stay WELL clear of these SCAMMERS they wanted 5/6 PHOTO's of the item they sent in error under 500kb what smartphone takes images of that size. Complete nightmare from start to finish, and it takes upto 5 days to get an answer on your return. Do yourself a favour fellow SCUBA divers avoid this company like the plague and stick to UK based companies!

I bought a jacket from this company, which was massively oversized so I decided to return it. I sent the item back on 16-06-2022. Today, 28-07-2022 I still have not received a refund. The last update on the tracking shows its in Spain as of 15-07-2022. I would have rather paid my own shipping if I had of known how long theirs would have taken. Their customer support has been abysmal.

Please DO NOT use this company. Apart from taking weeks for delivery, when I tried to return an item that they incorrectly supplied they refused to pay for the return courier fee. Very frustrating customer service - they take days to respond, you have to upload several photos of your return and then they just turn around and refuse to return at their cost. So bad compared to all the other online retailers I use who have fast, efficient delivery and return policies. AVOID AT ALL COST

order #30117093. I've written THREE times to you and your answers are so stupid that you get mad. I have CLEARLY described that out of 12 cranks, there were only 7 in the shipment. You then wanted pictures of this, and I have sent in a picture of the waybill, and it clearly shows that the weight is stated as 2 kilos, although all the cranks and packaging should have weighed 4 kilos. Really - WHAT is the problem? UPDATE 27 Juli - You write that I should contact the insurance company due to damage, theft or loss. THIS IS NOT damage, theft or loss! You have not sent all products - see the picture of waybill. 12 cranks are approx 4 kilo - you sending is 2 kilo!!! DO YOU UNDERSTAND?? What is the real fault of all the bad reviews? Is it incompetent staff, incompetent management or running out of money in the coffers? Immediately deposit the money into my card account, then you will internally take care of solving all problems. WARNING - make sure to resolve this immediately or I will report this issue to my credit card company and I will actively work to get you banned from credit card transactions! WARNING TO ALL PEOPLE - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I don’t understand how this company stays in business. There really should be a ZERO star rating as that would be applicable to this company. I was unfortunate in buying something from them before reading reviews, something I usually never do. The item was advertised in Canadian $ and I paid for shipping. Delivery time was advertised as 2 - 3 days (June 23-24, 2022) which fit my needs exactly. The day after ordering I got an email from them stating the delivery will now be July 5th, 2022, two weeks longer than expected. That was unacceptable as I needed the item at the very least by the end of June. Then, to add insult to injury, I received an email from the courier company looking for an additional $40.00 to have the item released to me. That is when I went looking for reviews on TRADEINN and found their rating is 1.4 out of 5 which is pretty pathetic and not someone you should do business with. At this point I had no recourse except to contact PayPal and open a case. The lady from PayPal told me they had multiple cases against this company and were actually looking at terminating their relationship with TRADEINN. PayPal told me not to pay the courier so I did just that, refused to pay the courier company the additional $$ and they held the item at their depot. Finally after 2 weeks, the item was returned to TRADEINN and PayPal decided in my favour and returned the money to me. 3 cheers to PayPal. I checked the TRADEINN website daily while this dispute was going on and they ALWAYS offer 2-3 days delivery even though they know it will be 2-3 weeks. So, I would suggest never, ever buy from them, you will more than likely be disappointed.
