Unprofessional and dishonest.
I ordered 4 pairs of sandals and accepted to pay $60 of shipping for those 4 pairs. They arrived 5.5 weeks later from Spain and only 1 pair was the correct size. When I asked to return the other 3 pairs, they refused to reimburse me the cost of shipping for those 3 pairs they sent me in the wrong size. They think it’s ok that I pay $60 of shipping for one $25 pair of sandals, when they are the ones who made the mistake with the other 3 pairs.
