“the technique is very balanced... it has enough structure to feel that you can navidate 20-25 min of practice. but the structure is forgiving in the whole take it easy and take it as it comes.. so you know what to do with thoughts and don't feel you are failing when they come up. Also John Pappas is excellent.”
