“I am really enjoying TM and what it is helping me discover day to day. I was a little disappointed with the sessions themselves, although I recognize covid was a big factor. I just felt like my instructor was cold and distant, plus spending that much money to have to sit through an app based course didn’t feel right either. Also a little cold and distant. It’s difficult for me to connect the app to such a natural seeming activity. I know I don’t have to use it, but I would have enjoyed having the chance to ask more questions and connect more on a personal level with my instructors. Again, happy with the meditation itself, but I felt like a part of a turn and burn operation.”
