TM is highly beneficial, for example, the support in the form of resources and community is one of them. Peace of mind and body are results too. I could go on, but suffice it to say that TM is worth the investment.

Meg Shaver was excellent. She made something that seemed intimidating to me initially, very conversational and easy. It really and truly is the best thing since sliced bread. Effects were immediate and permeated all aspects of my life. I hope this isn’t a honeymoon phase. I have ocd (not the’cute kind) and for the first time in my life was free from it.
