I wish I found out about TM sooner. In the past 10 years, I've been searching for that inner peace and calm that I found with TM since the very first day of training. I felt peace. My muscles felt relaxed as if all of the tension and burden I was carrying were lifted off my shoulders. My mind and body felt more connected. I started to see the world from a wider perspective. It's only been less than 2 weeks but things that used to cause me stress would just slide off me. And it only gets better the more you practice it. I'm so thankful for this newfound peace, quietness and clarity emanating from within. I'm excited to see all the new possibilities and see where this will take me. I hope I can inspire the people around me to start TM training in the future.

I have now been practicing twice a day since Oct 28th. I struggled in the beginning with the mantra given to me and have yet to master it. I have been able to put the mantra aside, and just go with what I think it is. Using the mantra as I think it should be and not what it actually is, has enabled me to practice twice a day with more ease.

My teacher , Jeanne Ball, was informative and supportive. She’s a very warm and generous person. I could ask questions about technique, history and Maharishi and she always had a pleasant response . Everyone should try TM; it’s easy and peaceful . I look forward to it everyday.

Unbelievable, truly...life....changing......and I've only been doing it for a couple of weeks, with more great things to come. Sooooo easy to do, there's elegance in simplicity here. I have been experiencing moderate anxiety for a good 8 years, depression before that for 6 or 7 years which I finally recovered from over time but the anxiety manifested after that and persisted. At my first session I felt what I can only describe as a deep calm, comforting mood that lasted beyond my wildest dreams. I don't have the reactionary response like I've had for decades, all after one session. I have been doing the 20 minute practice twice a day since and overall it has been great. There have been a couple of times where it didn't work like the vast majority of the times but my instructor helped me tweak my technique to help address that. I'm so excited so far and from what I have read and heard, this is just scratching the surface. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for my instructor, Maharishi who shared this with the world decades ago, and whatever powers to be there are in the universe that brought me to this mind-blowing. life-changing technique. I wish for all to have access to this course, I think that we would be a much more peaceful planet.

This technique has drastically changed my and my family's life forever coupled with diet and exercise. I feel Dr. Cindy Kats in Orange, CA really set us up for success in her teaching. Just wish it wasnt so expensive. I know the money going to a good cause. Thank you for your good work!

Very much enjoying the experience. Too soon to expect "transformation," but just being quiet for 20 minutes, twice a day, is a great start. Instructor is excellent. Looking forward to more training and "diving deeper."
