“This is a powerful learning modality for studying meditation. In my opinion very effective. Not sure that the all on line study part is good for beginners. Good for my personal path but not sure it would be for all. You have a very good instructor but limited to the method not there to deal with your history or psychological issues. Your thoughts or emotional track is not the focus or really the issue. Just sit through it. This group works hard to bring you personally, a very complicated practice to your lap. If you accept it ....IF you accept it is the easiest and hardest work you will ever do. All they ask of you is to sit. I highly recomend you do.”
