TM has improved my life in just about every aspect. Most importantly, I feel I now remain calm when others do not or when things get chaotic. I spend less time worrying about things I can't control. Life feels more manageable, and I feel happier and more creative.

It's only been 50 days since I learned. I think for me it feels like a nice short nap where I don't actually fall asleep. Feeling mildly energized afterward is often the result. I'll continue to practice as I'm pretty sure there is more to be gained.

Very peaceful and relaxing. My 13 year old son enjoyed as well. We really like the group meditation.

So far, Transcendental Meditation has been very good for healing my mind/nervous system. I haven't missed one yet, but I do need to get me schedule worked out to do it at regular times. I do believe it is very good for me. Thanks!

Actually somewhere between acceptable and "well.....ok". Instead of "feeling refreshed" as the practice is supposed to make you I come out it very tired and kind of worn out. I really can't pinpoint what it is doing for me. I am doing it twice a day for 20 minutes in the hopes that the great mystery will reveal itself but up to now it is not what it was billed as.

Hi Richard, It sounds like you would benefit from a refresher with you TM teacher - theyโ€™ll double check that youโ€™re still practicing correctly, which is really important for receiving the benefits (even small alterations to the technique can impact its effectiveness!)

1 month in and I love it. First time in my adult life that I donโ€™t have this underlying edgy feeling. I struggle with the morning TM. My busy mind will not go below the surface. Going for a checkup this weekend. Hoping it will help. Thank you.
