“SO relaxing and SO easy to do! best part... can do it anywhere. don't have to have a "guided meditation" app or CD with you and it's very difficult to sit for 20-30 minutes trying to relax... the mantra makes that part much easier and I must be doing it right because the time goes very, very fast.”
