They'll be happy to discuss your experience and fine-tune your practice so you're seeing the benefits in daily life. With over 60 years of teaching the TM technique worldwide, we've seen time and time again how important a follow-up session can be. Often the benefits are noticeable right away, but occasionally it can take some time :)
