I’ve spent a lifetime on meditation often employing a very similar technique and I can still honestly and unequivocal state that Transcendental Meditation was well worth the effort and expense. Fully exceeded my expectations and furthered my explorations and journey. I very much dig these folks. Highly recommended.

Amazing... I've had a meditation practice for 25+ years... been wanting to learn about this for quite some time since I first learned about it 15 years ago or so... I wasn't disappointed... it's remarkably simple and effective.

What can I say? It works for me, and . . . it seems to work for me. It all makes sense to me. It all feels natural. I am a compulsive meta meta meta thinker, way overly preoccupied with time, and so assumed I would struggle with the practice, but it has come to me with surprising ease. I look forward to the sessions. Also of note is that it has changed my dreaming. My dreams are typically rather flat and foggy but, interestingly, have become far more vivid and intricate in association with TM.

I've tried several types of meditation over the years but this was a new experience and I wish I'd investigated it decades ago when I was first aware of it. It is an entirely different experience on a completely different level and in only a week it has enhanced my life. I feel more focused, centered, peaceful. I have recommended it to my friends and family.

I am surprised and delighted how quickly that this method felt apart of me. I've been struggling with different techniques for years. I feel I can finally come to quiet in a way that logically made sense. It has easily integrated into my daily routine. While still being new to TM I have already felt and have seen a change in my day-to-day. The app makes it even easier.

TM really is as easy as they claim, simply practice your mediation twice daily and start to see yourselp change for the better. There's a calmness to the day. I have more energy and focus. The world woould be a better place if children learn and carry it forward.

Be kind to yourself and stay with it. Regardless of whether you think it is helping you or you are concerned about "transcending," or if you are "doing it right," etc., stay with it and your days will improve, even if they're good already. Give it time and don't expect anything from it. Just do it...twice a day and watch what happens over the long term.
