A very effective way to get out of your head and reconnect with Self. I struggled with anxiety and insomnia; meditation has helped me tremendously in a short period of time. I am very grateful for every meditation whatever may be. How beautiful to experience something this profound based on an "easy, effortless, natural, non-judgmental, expectation-free" paradigm.

All along I thought I understood how I could master my reality, and TM was just one more technique I'd need to round out the bases of my awareness. But through TM I've entered a new state altogether in which I realize I never left the playing field, still trapped in mundanity. I'm only now going through the process of surrender to allow the unfolding of TM to rise up to greet me. As a beginner The TM technique not only showed me a window but helped me open it so I could move out of the game, now free to explore the Universe...stay tuned because Life is TBD: to be discovered!

I greatly enjoyed going through the Transcendental Meditation course. The course was insightful and very well organized, which enhanced my ability to grasp the theory and practice of Transcendental Meditation. Additionally, Michael Mason was a superb instructor and a delight to work with. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Twice a days, after you wake and before dinner, Seated comfortably, use a watch or clock to track 20minutes, close eyes, wait half a minute, repeat mantra silently, if you lose the mantra- silently bring it back, come out slowly -taking a minute or two, take more time to come out if needed
