I have been practicing mindfulness in various ways for a couple of decades, and I have genuinely never found a more pure and cleansing and overall incredible way to meditate until now. It has been absolutely life changing for me.

Clearly one of the best investments I have made in years and it will only get better. I find the instructor Pratima to be extremely skilled and knowledgeable on TM which was an incredible asset. She seemed to know how to guide and instruct the process while allowing it to be my own individual experience. I am very satisfied.

I have been practicing TM for about a week and a half and have only positive thoughts about it. I can hardly wait every day for my 20 minutes of TM! I have more clarity, focus and have noticed that the way I relate to people is different. in a good way. :)

A couple of friends highly recommended Transcendental Meditation to me because it has been life-changing for them (significantly reducing anxiety for one of them; increasing creativity for the other so that he finally wrote 2 books that he had been procrastinating for over a decade), and also because they said it is easy to practice. I took the course a few weeks ago and have been practicing daily since. My goal is to reduce my anxiety, and I feel it is doing that, and it's also helping me feel more grounded. And it is gentle and easy. Thanks!

Being new to TM, I have found the technique to be everything thing I had hoped for along with many surprises. People close to me have already noticed changes in my behavior and I have found that I am much more aware of my thoughts and actions.

I have been meditating in some form or fashion since the late 90s. TM is uniquely different in that it is truly easy and more importantly, it is effective. I have subscribed to apps over the years and found them helpful. TM is next level. If you’re on the fence because of the cost, I can personally attest that it is more than worth it.

Must say I was somewhat apprehensive --- but after speaking to Marty Caplan, my TM teacher for probably 2 hours on the phone and then going to him for my one-on-one first class, he made me feel comfortable and confident that this would be the thing for me to pursue. My next 3 classes with 5 other students were really fulfilling. Their feelings and insights on TM helped me. One man verbalized everything that was going through my mind. Thankful for that! One definition of a personal mantra is: "to provide motivation & inspire you to focus your mind to achieve a goal" That was Marty Caplan --- he did inspire and he was right---- I get it now Marty ----- TM is easy !!! Thank You

TM has helped me in so many ways. I’m calmer yet have more energy! Happier and things roll off my shoulders easier and so grateful to learn a new life skill that will be a tool to navigate the seas of life! Why not try it - if you’ve been thinking about it for awhile. Best thing I’ve done for myself in a very long time!

I was skeptical at the beginning. But then I gave it my full attention and learnt it. I am just a beginner, but I have seen more clarity in my thoughts. I most certainly feel relaxed and energized after the meditation! But that experience doesn't happen too often. I succeed probably once in 3-5 sessions now. It's still a work in progress. If I can do it, anyone can. I recommend it, give it a sincere try!
