“I’m in the early days of my TM practice. Some meditations are “better” than others. Developing the routine of twenty minutes twice daily has been the greatest challenge. I have made sure to not to have missed any medications. But, a couple of them were abbreviated.
I am finding the technique easy to do. Being more rested is the benefit I feel most.”
