Really is an appalling App. Always has been. Why not spend some £££s and develop a better App?

Difficulty in attempting to book a room on the phone app. Saver price indicated not available & payment therefore not accepted! Extremely poor communication, with absolutely no explanations!!

Hotel is okay generally in terms of the rooms and distance from the centre. However I think the staff can be quite slow, patronising and unhelpful. My bracelet went missing from my room. I left in the bathroom the night before, left in the morning and when I came back in the evening, it was no longer there. I was asked stupid questions like did it drop down the sink, is it under the bed. They didn’t know what to do with the situation so I had to wait till the morning and it was a case of me getting the police involved. Very frustrating experience for a short stay.

Site regularly glitches, prices show differently when booking single or multiple days. i.e choose 2 day booking £231. book days individually £198. Payment page takes too many attemps. search is unreliable. Too many hotels with similar names..i.e central

On checking in, the toilet was soiled dirty and disgusting with the previous occupant. There was only x1 piece of toiled roll to be used by 2 people for 3 days?? We had to use What? Such a shame . The toilet is full of steam since no ventilation. Location was great as close to town.

I was disappointed with my stay at Travelodge. My room was next to the corridor outer door and it was opening and slamming shut for most of the night. The soap dispenser was empty. There were no drinking glasses in the bathroom. The carpet was dirty and the wifi wasn't working properly.

Very hard work, the App asks to log in, tried 6 times, in the end had to change my password. Which did not work, for about 30 minutes, frustrating not an easy experience.

Very rude staff need a course in customer service ! Very unapproachable ! I booked an evening meal with room to only be offered pizza or curry with no other options !! Very disappointing

The toilets in the lobby were in need of a cleaning. The bar area had dirty cups on various tables and tables were in need of a cleaning, staff hanging around chit chatting instead of looking after the area. Our room was clean and a good size. The friendliness of the staff depended on who you spoke with. Some where friendly and helpful others not so much. Would I stay here again - no.

Although I have stayed at Travelodge in many locations in the past and never had any cause to complain, I find the prices are soaring and other places to stay are more appealing. I only booked my latest stay at Travelodge for convenience for a funeral I am attending but otherwise, I would be staying elsewhere. Disappointed with the price hike.

After I have discovered Travelodge has doubled billed me, I feel unhappy. And I cannot get speedy response from Travelodge why you billed 2 same amounts on the same day on my same account for one transaction.

stayed at same place a few times ,not up to scratch this time in correct booking meals not cooked properly 2 staff up front under pressure no hot water for tea or coffee after dinner. i think this was a management problem.{ having said that we will be giving it another try in july.ROY MASON.

Dirty bathroom, no kettle and when we asked for one the receptionist said he would bring one up in five to ten minutes but never turned up. Had to prove that we had ordered breakfast everyday as names hadn’t been added to the list.
