The hotel was pretty poor I don't like leaving negative reviews but room was very dated there was grit in the sheets and we paid for breakfast which was the worst I've ever had if I'm brutally honest. I hate leaving negative reviews but I don't understand why people do jobs half heartedly with in the hotel industry it's an experience there efforts make the difference not the setting really

Poor sleep I guess staff slamming doors every 2mins guess no visitor will pay their money to come and disturb others without having a sleep for themselves

Website barley works. Tried to book a hotel in Scotland for a few nights and it just kept saying issue with payment. Tried 8 times but wouldn’t do it. Nothing wrong with my card etc. All details 100% correct. I’m off to premier inn. Bye

I made 4 attempts to make the booking on one day but when it came to making the payment it was impossible to make any more progress. The following day I tried again and was able to complete the booking. However, the time wasted and frustration generated on the first day meant that it was a much less-than-satisfactory experience.

Website was dire, it wouldn’t refresh, or let me pay, tried ringing to book but lost patience! NOT a pleasant experience!

Consistently poor quality, unclean hotels with staff who just don't care. Overpriced in many cases and hugely under deliver.

Really difficult to make the payment for the booking. Took several attempts.Tried to chat on line but told would be contacted within 5 days.

Worst experience of my life, they sell away my room that was booked and pay 2 weeks in advance, We arrive at 2 o'clock in the morning with 2 child (5 and 9) at your greenwich high road in London and we will be notified that our room was not available. Not only that they also notified that the room I booked two week before was destroy by a broken shower, after a few minute the shower didn t destroy the room but was the wc that doesn't flush, than they propose to send us to another hotel, manager was not there, ass. Manager was not there either so at 2.30 just for the sake of the kids we accepted, they call a taxi and they start to argument with him about the price for sending us in another hotel, lothian or something like that, than after finally they arrange price (3 o clock) we arrive at other travelodge were nobody know we should arrived, they left us outside the door (2 small child) with wind and cold until they check the name, than they ask us to come inside while they checked again, taxi driver was with us and his was stunned by that. So they give us a room at 4 o clock, because they need to check, even if greenwich confirmed our booking there was nothing on the system. I don't want to stay in this hotel, i want my completely reimbursement back this was the worst experience that I ever have in my life, worst service ever. Of course nobody replay at your customer service or booking service

Had a very poor frustrating experience trying to book my hotel on your website as the Payment page kept freezing or not loading. I spent numerous times trying and different devices over two days to the same experience. I was nearly giving up and looking on booking.com when your payment page came to life and actually processed!! Nearly lost my business by poor website

The system took ages to accept any information. Especially trying to get through to the payment section. The text messages we received were incorrect although the booking email was accurate.

Booked room for Sat 29thh but invoice sent wasn't my address also I wa and apologies charged me twice. So suspected some wrong and possibly fraud so cancelled my Nat West debit card. Have spoken to Travel lodge Chessington who said I am booked in for 29thJuly and will sort refund on 29th. They very helpful and apologetic. Terry Wood 07968217109

My rating is to do with communication only. I booked a double room from you through Trivago for one night - 2 guests at Lakeside Thurrock 4/5 August and got a deal at £42 instead of £46 ? I think. When I checked my receipt it only mentions one guest instead of two. Ive sent emails to check this with no answer back- it’s for 4/5 Aug 2 guests Invoice no. WB102721256 Confirmation no 1568853236 I am writing here in hopes of a reply as can’t get an email reply Christine Boxcer and Ian Reed- 10 Penjory Court TR15 1FF
