Night 1 Very noisy from pub next door 🚪 not the early hours. Staff said they would talk to pub but this continued. A little later there was a domestic incident causing daughter extreme upset.Requested room change. Night 2 New room. Still very noisy but staff would not move us. Just got to sleep then just after midnight heard someone unlocking and entering the room. I obviously screamed and was told it was reception staff who quickly left. Again this caused distress to myself and my daughter and hardly slept for the rest of the night. At 6am the neighbours were banging on the wall for some time. I spoke to the reception in the morning who could give no explanation as to why staff are allowed to enter occupied rooms. I have had a dreadful stay and feel I deserve a proper apology and a full refund.

Website is very confusing when I tried to amend my booking. I feel I got taken advantage of due to the cost of calling customer support multiple times and the cost of errors incurred by simply trying to add another day to the reservation!

My bag has been stolen from my room. I left it in the room and called to say I left it there and they said the cleaner didn’t report anything. They fobbed me off saying we will email you? They didn’t even take my email address? I asked to speak to a manager and they said manager is not there. I called again and said I need to speak to manager and they took my number and said Manager will call in the morning. No one called so I called in the morning and the lady said manager is not available and I explained what happened. When I eventually spoke to the Manager called Cara she was very unhelpful. She said she would email me if she heard anything. I told her to check with the cleaner. She said I’ll check and call you back. I never heard back and called at 12:40 and her colleague said she’s too busy to come online. She took my number and said Cara would call me back. I called again at 6pm and she had gone home. I have reported this to the Police

Booked the wrong hotel even though it was a non cancel fee , cancelled withing 1 hour no refund.

Got there 18.30, kept waiting 20 mins after ringing bell, then met by a very rude white eastern European man, not a nice welcome, this was at worthing on the sea front ,,,,, I will not be returning, and will tell my friends about my experience..

I rang to book two rooms 29th Sept, the lady got it wrong for some reason and booked it in July. I rang back to get the matter corrected, and had to go through the procedure of cancelling my booking in which you have promised to send me a credit note I had to pay over £100 per room extra and end up with NINE emails trying to explain the change. Afraid not at all Happy Ray Blackmore

We stayed on the third floor. The smell was disgusting. We raised it with reception who said it was due to a fire. The mix of the fire with sprayed perfumed scent made me an my partner feel sick every time we came in or out. We were unable to use the aircon in the room due to the smell from the landing wafting in. The room was extremely hot which meant we had no choice but to have the window open. This resulted in us being awake most the night due to the noise from the pub opposite until the early hours. Very disappointed in our stay and won’t be returning.

Tried to change day of arrival and hotel....was told this is impossible..! Shocking service. This is 2023, Travelodge still in the dark ages.

Staff are not very helpful . My card wouldn't open my door , so went to reception they reset the card back up to the 4th floor and the card didn't work !!!! Up and down 3 times before someone came up with master key all this took 30 minutes very frustrating. They told me it would be sorted for me coming back in the evening, so when I came back in the evening it didn't work back down stairs to reception and the same girl said so i forgot to get it fixed !! I will let you in and if you go out you have come to reception and we can let you in this way .

No ac in room, told them three times no results Literally three teenagers at front desk, Dummer Then dum. Will never be back. 😱😱😱

Like a sauna in the rooms, no parking as very Limited. Shower not great but reception team very nice

the website is very poor. It took 8 attempts to book and 3 to log in. Buttons not working and refresh not helping.

Didn’t get to stay due to unforeseen circumstances and couldn’t get to change the date or location, so very unhappy not being able to get some kind of refund.

Travelodge ran out of toilet rolls. I had a family of 4 (2 young children). Was told didn’t anticipate number of guests. I asked for a iron and ironing board, was given and told to take it to the room myself. I asked for towels, wasn’t given any until much later. No phones in the room. Was told by staff, to press the emergency button. And ask for what is needed. Was told rooms not cleaned for at least 7 days because of covid policies however, no one wore masks or social distance, although covid is over, the policy is outdated and therefore the rubbish and towels were left in the corridors for guests to place.

They haven’t let me in my hotel and didn’t give me a refund. They gave me a number to ring the number ain’t going through I’m a bit angry about this and I will like a refund it

I tried to book into the Isle of Skye Travelodge, Perth. I was in my electric mobility scooter. We were told, by the girl at the desk, that she couldn't take our booking, until 3 pm. We would have to book online. When we booked our room, online, it got the date wrong. When we came back to the hotel, we found that it was not disabled accessible. There were stairs inside and out. And the rooms were all upstairs, with no lift. The girl on the desk didn't tell me that when I made enquiries. I still haven't received all my money back.

Your computer site has been out of action for at lest 12 days. to book my hotel I had to phone you, which cost me extra money for the booking. I am not happy with your company. Booking by phone is obviously a RIP-OFF to make you more money. Bruce Miller JP
