My last 2 stays at aldershot its shabby corridor always smells of cannibis floors not clean in the rooms

i booked the wrong hotel in blackpool by mistake. my fault. but when i spoke to customer service to see if the location could be changed to the correct location i was told this was not possible is this correct

Your webpage would not accept my Canadian postal code as legitimate even though Canada was shown as my country. I was therefore forced to use Paypal that I did not want to use because of their poor currency exchange rates.

Room was extremely warm despite turning radiator off and opened windows Toilet roll holder held on by a thin thread Stained bed cover with unknown substance

The bookings experience was going okay until I decided I needed to make a change. For some reason after performing the change the system wouldn't let me pay because my address is not in the UK. So I had to log out and book without my account. It took me around 2 to 3 hours to figure this bypass to complete my booking.

My first impression, when I entered the room, was that it wasn't cleaned properly. The windows were left open, so the room was freezing. The heater didn't warm the room up very quickly, even when I put it up to 30 degrees. It also made clonking noises all night. The pillows on the bed and the top-up sign looked as if they were thrown onto the bed. Obviously, the room wasn't checked!!!! I had to share the bathroom with a 'daddy long legs'. The bath had a dirty ring around the inside. The chrome wasn't cleaned either. The wall by the toilet was filthy. The kettle was dirty on the outside, lime scale on the outside too!! The inside of the kettle was even worse, looked as if it hadn't been descaled since it was put in the room. It made the tea taste absolutely disgusting.

I have a problem with the payment page because the debit MasterCard type is not accepted and another debit MasterCard verification code needed to be submitted three times, the payment is not successful, I queried Bank has NO problem with my cards. In the end, the room rate went up and I needed to pay more for this booking

Darlington, good location, plenty of parking, spotlessly clean and really good friendly staff. We had booked an accessible room, and unfortunately as well as being extremely uncomfortable the bed was far too low to allow for wheelchair transfers. Unfortunately because of this we actually had to leave the hotel at 4.00.am.

I'm not too concerned about the room I regularly stay in. Your customer base for this hotel appears, in part, to be fairly rough. Consequently, it is to be expected that wear and tear will be a major issue for you to manage. And, I definitely have no complaints about the staff, who are all excellent. I have downgraded my assessment to two stars because of the (seeming) Travelodge company policy of not providing sufficient disabled parking spots and not ensuring that non-"blue badge" drivers do not use the TWO spots available. This is a 126 bedroom location and the provision of only TWO disabled bays is, frankly ridiculous, bearing in mind our aging population and the mobility problems that age brings. And, it is no use claiming that the land is private property which precludes active "policing" on your part, OR, that you wish to protect your staff from confrontations. These latter perceived problems are quite easily to solve.

The receiption was a side at the end of the pub. The room was dark and the view out of the window was a flat roof that was full of rubbish and anyone could have stepped from the roof into my room. After opening the window and going into the bathroom on the morning, on my return to the bedroom I was greeted by a pigeon that had come from the roof into the room. I will not be staying here again

All ok until “Touch ID for wallet”. Kept saying cancel but the message just came back. Went out and started again and this time got usual, normal system where you type in your card number.

Booked on system, all worked fine but needed to speak direct to the hotel about a specific requirement. Kept on getting cut off and have still not been able to speak to anyone over 24 hours later
