"Okay i allready made a review an google so let me copy Paste it, because I\u2019m too lazy:\r\n\r\nSo I'm native french\/german so please excuse my grammar...\r\nI was on the search after a specific bike:\r\n\r\nGT Grade Carbon Carbon Expert 2020 \/Colour Jade\r\n\r\nso with the help of google i found triton cycle and they got pretty amazing price and deals, especially if you don't have to pay the VAT in the UK, which is with 20% pretty high compare to Swiss MwSt -> 7.7%.\r\n\r\nso i wanted to order the bike (check my printscreen) but I had 2 question about the right frame size and the VAT return. Unfortunately and like the other reviewer said before, they're not reachable on the phone and didnt answer my 2 mails... so i wasn't sure if its a scam or not and I didnt ordered the bike. and then i started to read the review and check about reddit, you know stuff you do, to be sure about a firm.\r\n\r\nafter a week or two, i decided \"fuck it\" i'll pay with the credit card and if i don't get the good, then mastercard will reimburse my purchase.\r\nbut then the bike i wanted GT Grade Carbon, wasn't anymore available and I was kind of piss of myself and mad because i didnt get any answer. After that i thought okay, so they're real and have a stock and the online shop is somehow connected to the stocks, so i dediced again to give it a try with the:\r\n\r\ncannondale topstone carbon 105 which is pretty similar from the spec and geometry i just like the frame more from the GT.\r\n\r\nso let me make the story short:\r\n\r\nI ordered the bike on 21. May and received it on 28. may see the print screen (Triton and TNT). -> thats just a week and I'm living in Switzerland and with the borders regulation with corona it's pretty fast! \r\n\r\nso what i want to tell is -> maybe the communication is bad but the service and price is GREAT! thanks guys i'm really happy with my purchase!\r\n\r\n i gove Triton cycle just 4 Star out of 5 because the lack of communication. with better communication i would have give them 5 Stars."

“Almost mid July and finally got through to them only to be told order may need to be cancelled, after months of Triton having my money, extremely poor customer service and experience, calling almost impossible, emails not replied to, definitely will not be recommending such a shame as the website gives such a good impression but in reality fails badly.”

“I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered a helmet. 3-5 days delivery and still nothing from them after so long. I have called a number of times, to the point where I'm just redialling for two hours straight waiting to hear back, but now they have disabled the phone line. I have sent requests through the contact form, I have sent multiple emails and not a hint of a response. Please, please don't use this company. I have seen other people who have had a normal experience but it seems recently they are just not sending products. They are taking money without hesitation and making it an impossible obstacle course to follow up, get a refund or request anything. Sad to see companies like this are getting away with it. I hate writing negative reviews and always give the company the benefit of the doubt but in this case I wish I could give less than one star. It's one thing to not deliver but to put customers through this kind of financial stress during a pandemic and likely a recession is just not right, it's immoral. Please deliver my product or tell me its on the way or tell me its not in stock. Please just tell me anything or just give back my money.”

“Triton delivered only half of my order and that was a long month and a half after taking my money and a few chasing emails, The product they finally delivered is good and delivery was as they advised. Customer service is a lottery - one day they come back quickly and the next is total silence. Right now I’m in silence phase about the other half of my order. Triton needs to do a lot better - it prides itself on good customer relations but reality is woefully different.”

“I'm extremely pleased with Triton Cycles service. In the midst of Covid Lockdown (spring 2020 in case there's another one) they managed to get the bike to us within a week of order. The bike is brilliant and my son is very pleased with it. The price was very fair as far as I am concerned (I did not do too much in the way of price comparisons but the price of the bike was very competitive against similar products with a lower spec.) Website was easy to use and bike spec. well explained. Delivered, in great condition, flat packed. Some minor assembly required ( a couple of metric spanners and a couple of allen keys) which was no problem - fix handlebar stem into frame, likewise seat, bracket on handlebars to stem, pedals, wheels and Fred was off - no gear adjustment or brake adjustment required. Brilliant service, highly recommended. Thank you Triton”

“Product when eventually received was good but customer service and communication from Triton cycles was very disappointing, original order placed was out of stock and I wasn't informed, then had to chase order for weeks with no confirmation emails being sent when requested and very, very long waiting times on phone lines.”
