“I can’t say express enough just how helpful and communicative the customer service was with Tropical Fruit Box. I spoke with Alexandra, Desiree and Monica while working through some unanticipated hiccups with my custom box. They worked really hard to accommodate what I wanted given the sudden shipping restrictions to California they encountered with certain fruits, understandably out of their control. After a few adjustments, I ended up EXTREMELY happy with my box (yellow dragon fruit, rambutan, mangosteen, cacao) that arrived less than 24 hours before they had it shipped out. Everything was incredibly fresh, well packaged and flavorful. I look forward to reordering with this wonderfully attentive company many times in the future. Thank you guys!!!”

“The UPS driver delivered my box to the wrong house and TGB offered to send a replacement but we did not have to because I was able to track the box down (I live in a tiny city) all while TGB stayed on the line with me. Great job. Also most food delivery places either won’t deliver to my rural area or they charge more for shipping than the produce costs but NOT TFB free shipping to my (neighbors) door and everything was fresh. I crave the Spanish Limes. Thank you to the moon and back!”

“I received my mangosteens and my guanabana--both were excellent! I also have ordered a box of Atemoya, which I have had a hard time finding elsewhere. It's great to have a reliable place to get tropical fruit.”

“Generally fruits are delivered in good condition. Some were too ripe that become mushy That turns off your excitement to eat. Recommend to examine closely the fruits condition prior to delivery . Thank you .”
